Secret Santas are assigned! No longer accepting new applicants!!

Hello everyone! This is my first time hosting an Artist Secret Santa event, so I will do my best to make this a success! If there is anything I can do to improve your experience, then please don't hesitate to let me know ❤️ Please read this post carefully and thoroughly if you want to join. There will be something I need you to copy/paste into your post, so that I know you've read all the rules/info! Artists of all skill levels are welcome!! ^_^

Each participant will have a wishlist that will include different characters they would like their secret santa to draw. Once everyone is assigned a Secret Santa, the username of person who you'll be drawing for (your giftee) will be emailed to you. Afterwards, you can check the Google Spreadsheet for your giftee's wishlist and choose one of their characters to draw. It's your job to draw at least one character from their wishlist and in return, you will also receive a drawing from another participant (your Secret Santa) ^_^

I will do my best to make sure everyone who completes a gift, receives a gift in return.

• Last day to join this event and edit your wishlist: November 19th

• Assigning everyone's Secret Santas: November 20th

• Deadline for completing your drawing: December 21st, midnight subeta time I'm thinking it would be best to set an earlier deadline, so that in case someone backs out, I could find someone else who is willing to draw make-up gifts. Please make sure you are able to meet this deadline if you plan on joining!

• Delivering your drawing to your giftee: December 24th/25th Everyone will reveal themselves and deliver their drawing to their giftee on Christmas Eve or Day. If for some reason, you are unable to access the internet on those days, you may send your gift earlier!

• Please be committed to your Secret Santa gift! You MUST finish your gift before or on the deadline. (If for some reason you cannot finish in time, please let me know at least a week before the deadline.)

• Digital art is preferred, however traditional art is accepted as long as you can scan it or make it the photo look clean. Please try to to avoid doing only a sketch unless your sketches are super detailed like this. I don't want to set a standard, but please give your best effort!! I trust everyone to be as fair as possible and to put out the same effort they would like to receive from their Secret Santa. I wouldn't want someone who put a lot of effort into their drawing just receive a messy simple sketch or headshot in return :(

• Your gift must be completely drawn by you, no tracing or use of bases.

• Please do not complain about who you are assigned to. I will do my best to make sure that everyone is assigned someone they can draw for (for example: certain artists prefer drawing humans over quads, vice versa)

• Elves are people who are willing to draw an extra gift for someone who didn't receive a gift because someone dropped out. You must be able to complete a drawing within 3 days or less to be an elf!

• Write down your subeta username under the "Username" column

• Please give at least 3 characters (max. 5 ; HAs, OCs, pets, quads, etc.) you want drawn, for your Secret Santa to choose from.

• Please DO NOT put descriptions in the spreadsheet. Instead, organize everything into ONE link. I would like to keep it clean, so toyhouse links are great for including a lot of references. But if you don't have a toyhouse, then you can also create a sta.sh file and put your character's info in there url=https://sta.sh/2bb48z9kykk?edit=1[/url]. • Characters must have at least one waist up or fullbody reference. (HAs and pets count!)

• Please do not share this spreadsheet to non-participants!

Step 1 : Read the entire post for info/rules (copy/paste “✮✮✮” somewhere in your post, so that I know you read the entire post! otherwise you will be told to go back and read it xD) Step 2 : Fill out/post the form on this topic Step 3 : Join SS2017 Ping Group for announcements/reminders & wait for approval Step 4 : Once approved, you will receive an smail from me, with the link to the Google Spreadsheet Step 5 : You have until November 19th to write down your username and add the link 3-5 OCs under each column on the Spreadsheet (OC 1 = high priority, OC 5 = low priority) Step 6 : Once everyone has their wishlists added, on November 20th, I will put everyone’s emails through the generator, so that everyone is assigned a giftee. Step 7 : You have until midnight of December 21st to complete your gift! When you complete your gift, please COMMENT on my profile something along the lines of: “Done with my SS gift!” so that I can keep track of everyone who finished and who didn’t. Step 8 : Deliver your gift to your giftee on Christmas Eve or Day (or earlier if you absolutely can’t on those days).

Please DO NOT reveal yourself as someone's Secret Santa until Christmas Eve/Day!! It's supposed to be secret for a reason~

This is embarassing but I don't have characters or references drawings, lol, so I guess unless HAs/neopets customizations count as references I can offer myself simply as a elf, which would be fine for me , just let me know =) ✮✮✮ (i read everything, I'm not filling the form for now cause as i said I don't have characters so I'm not sure what to do xD )
