I think a light, pale pink color would work really well for the tights, because it would contrast with the blue background and also not draw too much attention away from the rest of the outfit.

One thing I do like about the horizontal zigzags is that they imply movement, which works really well with the background (the zebra pattern also implies movement, makes for a very cool HA effect)

My main criticism of it would be that I feel the use of color contrast could be more effective. Because the background is dark, and the floor tiles are also dark and desaturated, it really makes the bright neon-blues stand out. So when I look at the HA, the first thing that stands out is the hoodie, then the shoes. I did notice the headphones but they don't look that interesting to me because the top is dark blue and blends in with the background, so visually they're not that noticeable. Anyway, I'm looking at the hoodie and the shoes - moreso the shoes perhaps because they also contain a hint of pink which causes them to stand out even more. But it's not that interesting and neither is the hoodie.

I guess what I'm getting at is that, your HA draws my attention to two pieces of clothing, which doesn't convey much on its own. The rest of the character sort of blends in with the background: the headphones half-blend (near the top), the black hair blends well with the dark blue background. So overall the actual human character doesn't stand out to me. My number one suggestion to fix this is pretty simple actually: swap the hair for a brighter color, and I actually would like to suggest a bright pink!

The reason for this is to make the character stand out more. If the hair is bright pink, it will be the first thing we see, even before the shoes and shirt. And because of how the hair frames the face, we'll then look at the character's face and take in the personality - A more noticeable hair can lead to the human character making a bigger impression. The hoodie and shoes won't look so out-of-place, in fact, the pink would balance it because the pink is a huge contrast, while the neon-blue is a lesser contrast to the background, creating a clear "attention hierarchy". And lastly the hair being bright would cause the top part of the headphones to be more noticeable as well, and thus strengthen the impact of the headphones.

My other suggestion would be to try changing the floor tiles to a non-blue color (maybe pink or even a light yellow/tan?) Right now I think my main issue is that too many things blend together due to being too similar in color, so maybe making the floor a more unexpected color could help too.

Since the hair (and your username, perhaps) inspires a woodland/natural theme, I want to suggest something different for the pants and shirt, instead of the bright/pastel cake items you have now. I think darker colors could work super well here and accentuate your hair (which is lighter). Dark green would be beautiful here!

Your HA is pretty :) One suggestion I have is to find a lighter or more muted color for the lips. The current dark red of the lips doesn't go with the rest of the color scheme. My second suggestion is to put on some shoes - It's not super noticeable, but I can see a few toes peeking out from under your dress!

Finally, consider having your Saheric nomad hold something - like a staff or scepter would both be really nice. I think it would fit the theme really well: a Saheric nomad needs some sort of big stick to lead their flock of sheetas across the desert.

If I'm to be honest, sometimes I personally feel your face makeup is a bit heavy. I really love that your HA usually looks like an actual person, with an imperfect face - the big nose and surly expression are perfect. But I'm just not sure about the yellow/green/red makeup, I wonder if it's a bit overkill? It's your style though, feel free to disregard my criticism if you disagree.

My suggestion is to add a bit of variety to the clothing colors. Bright colors might be out of place, but right now it's all black/dark gray and sort of blends together. I think it would be more interesting if you incorporated some of the colors from the hair and background: dark purples and tans would be nice, maybe even a bit of green.

My only critique is that the blue in the face paint (on the eyes) just looks a bit out-of-place since it's the only blue of that shade on the whole HA. At the same time, you have a lot of pink going on - no other clothing colors at all. So my suggestion is try to find some wearables that match that blue color, to put on your outfit. It will make the eye makeup look more natural, while making your outfit more interesting too :)
