Can you please rate/review my HA? It's been almost 2 years since I made any major change so I wanna know how well I'v done(My wardrobe is pretty limited too so if you know any good items to look out for, I'd appreciate it). Also this the first time I am layering special effects/backdrops.

feedback for you, finally!
First off, I like the overall feel of your HA. It has a sunny and happy disposition, because there's a bright sunny background, the flag implies that there's a nice breeze, and your HA has also got a cute sweet smile. It just gives me happy feels :)
I love that you went with green for the hair. It matches the bow and hat (and even the grass, to an extent) and I just love seeing more creative colors. I think you pulled this off really well! Also, I love how you used the four "main" colors red/blue/green/yellow on this. The colors are bright and strong and make a striking effect.
The only thing I'd suggest would be to swap the miniskirt for something longer that covers more, like shorts or pants. Miniskirts are great, don't get me wrong- But in this case, I think something that covers more might be better because your face is covered by your hat and hair, so I feel like there's a discrepancy if the rest of the HA isn't also a bit covered up. (I hope that makes sense!)

I absolutely love your space/alien princess look. This is an example of a PERFECT usage of the ferzull ears, in my humble opinion! And the silver eyes pair so well with the theme of this HA. Finally, it's super subtle, but the little piercings (?) on the lower lip are amazing - they're so small but they're just enough to give your HA a sort of goth-y feel in addition to the alien theme.
As for criticism though.. I'm not sure about the polka-dot foreground. There is a lot of white because of it, and I think it breaks the immersion of the HA. Because yours is a fantasy HA (an alien queen sort of character), I think it would be more striking if you kept the character placed within some scenery. The one tricky thing here is that you want it to still contrast with the background so the background can't be too dark. But I think you could do something really pretty with a pale light blue or purple sky background, something that looks tranquil would provide a nice contrast.

My first impression of yours was "badass vampire hunter"! There's a lot to like in here. I think dark backgrounds are hard to work with but you did a great job contrasting it with small bits of bright color (the red in the sky and her eyes - amazing!) and I think the background sort of set the setting for the story you're hinting at here. I also love that she has a bit of a worried look on her face. It invites you to imagine what she's dealing with.
Really the only criticism I can give is that the sword is a bit dull in color, and doesn't really match the other reds (it's more purplish). But I can't find you a good item to replace it with right now. Other than that, I think this is a good HA for the theme you were going with!

Aaaaahh! Thank you! The alien princess concept was exactly what I was going for, so I'm glad it came out right. The ears have been something I've been tinkering with for a while cuz they're adorable but so hard to use. (also, I do think they're piercings, not 100% sure though) For the criticism, I agree to be honest. The background was the biggest issue I had because no matter what I tried, something always felt off. The only reason I added the polka-dot foreground was due to the overbearing darkness of the space background. I do like the ideas of the pale blue or purple bgs, so I'll go look around and see what I can find.

[edit]Is something like what I'm wearing now ("Kumos Sky Framed Print") better? I tried to keep the spacey feel, but with lighter colors. I do feel it's a step up from the previous.

Ooh yes! I think it's definitely a huge improvement. The stars in the sky go really well with the stars in your hair, and the crescent moon sort of peeks out from behind one of the ears. I really like that.
