...now it's also not showing current final batches that are pending payment!! since the new change of not showing items that have no more batches on them (WHICH I LOVE A+ ALL AROUND A GOOD CHANGE DONT GET ME WRONG), if you submit the final batch of an item for payment it won't show up even though the payment is pending.

i think this was mentioned in the news post, but as far as i can tell it never got replied to!!!

They're definitely working on this! ^^ I submitted a ticket and I know a few other people have too so it's definitely on their radar.

Oh OK, this is good to know. I just wish there is a way to see submitted batches so I know who hasn't paid yet. T-T Hopefully it gets fixed soon so if someone doesn't pay it doesn't get stuck in limbo forever.

Are some approval notifications messed up too? I never got a ping saying my first batch was approved since I didn't give myself a copy... Thought I'd ask in case they're a related issue. (Sorry to bug you if it's another issue!)

As far as I know, yes. Batches after the first aren't giving out the CSC they should so no notification. I don't believe you would get a notification if you didn't slot yourself in the first batch, though? I'm not sure how that works. I've never not put myself in the first batch so I wouldn't be able to tell you if that's working or not. xc

unfortunately this has always been an issue-- there are a few items that i've split with other users where i wasn't interested in a colour so i submitted without slotting myself and YEAH SURPRISE!!! approval. it was a rare occurrence, but now might actually warrant some attention since the slot amount per batch changed so its...almost mandatory to slot yourself & the artist in different batches, unless you want to take a small loss on the first one.

Yeah!! I'd send in a ticket and they'll credit your account the amount that you never received! I wasn't aware of this until late last night either. x-x

Yeah. xc I mean you could almost move the subsequent to shop and send out invites but that's a pain in the ass LOL

this has been happening even before the current change actually! :c i filed a ticket to staff, but everyone just paid and i got the profits and everyonr else got the items, so everyone just shrugged it off as a weird glitch. but now its pretty prevailent, and while i was okay to let it slide as a glitch once, having it occur multiple times now is probably enough reason for staff to look into this! :c

ugh yeah I was debating that for my survival contest releases but they were unlimited to participants so I'm like "ugh sending out 46 passwords" but at the same time is that really SO different than putting 46 people's names in batches? I guess it rly isn't hmm

im crying now i think i saw people get the items they slotted on but i dont get my profits???? its not about the money, its about me not getting a notification about when people get stuff ARGH

Omg i thought it was just me! ;_; Happened to me as well with the Serenity dress. My friends on batch 2 told me they were so happy to have it and I was like "whaaaaaat?" I didn't get the notification or the CSC. I was supposed to get 1k :( Made a ticket but dammit this is a WIDESPREAD issue now?! This sucks!

Hope they can fix it soon. I guess it's just safe to use the shop for batches 2 onward until this is dealt with ugh. cries

@cresenta I know!!!! I might make a post in the cw creator forums when I get off of work if nobody else has by that time, I feel like people should know that this isn't just a one-off issue!

I thought this was just me. I am missing then 4.5K csc....got to write a ticket.

This happened to me right when the system changed. I sent in 3 5batch of my bows. The batches went thru with no notifications and I didn't receive any profit. I sent a ticket right away and was helped...they do have a record of all batches and can refund profit right away. Since then though I have tried to keep track of it all but I hate to think I might have missed some ):

This is all a step in the right direction with the changes, just a few kinks that need ironing out it seems. Since from the sounds of things staff are aware, it hopefully will get resolved sooner than later.

@Cresenta yaaaa OTL maybe i should have put everything in shop and avoided this... as it is, i dont dare yet to put in a ticket bc i dont even know if all my batches have been sent out! q.q

I went the shop route for my blush. I didn't want to have more CSC tied up :( But I wish I had known before i did the dress because now I gotta wait and ughhhhh. Hating this. cries and hugs u

I can confirm that your batch was sent out as I got mine ^_^ but I haven't gotten my copy of the limitless yet.

i know folks have tickets in so there ARE staff responses to these issues, but i'd love to see a public response so those of us without tickets in know what's going on/what to do/what kind of timeline/what's happening.

i'm not interested in sending any batches through if i have to manually ticket to get any profit from them, and i'm also not interested in sending out shop invites for some items because a lot of not-the-usuals slotted recently on some survival-themed CWs, and folks just straight up won't claim passwords sometimes/will drop their slots if they aren't given a payment ping since it's WAY easier to just dodge a smail invite and leave me in the lurch/never answer/etc. not interested in that stress.

but meanwhile i'm broke and i've claimed slots being confident that i'd have the profit from my releases to pay for them, and they're starting to roll out now. ;/ which ik, my bad, but i'm literally sitting on 2 batches of something atm that i could send through just because idk what to super do about it other than do it and open a ticket.
