Hi everyone, I just wanted to confirm that we're aware of this and looking into it. If you slotted on further batches after the initial batch and did not receive your profits/event when it went through, please do file a ticket. We can also check to confirm whether or not the batch has been paid in full if you're not sure since the event isn't showing up. You may want to hold off on pushing further batches through at the moment since profits will need to be given manually, but if that's not possible go ahead and file a ticket. :) We'll be sure to post here again once the issue is resolved.
Profits should be coming through again, but if you're not sure if a batch was paid in full before the fix, file a ticket and we'll be able to check for you.
I'm also really frustrated with this because I have SO many things constantly in queue/in second third fourth etc stages that there is no feasible way for me to know what I should be getting my credits on and what I've missed.
If I file a ticket but don't know exactly what did and didn't credit, does staff have a way of checking back?
Do you know if we'll be ever to see who has made payments towards submitted batches again?
Because I used to be able to tell who has paid and who has yet to, and because I can no longer see because I submitted the last batch thus it's considered "sold out" so it has been removed from the page. Just makes it stressful because if someone doesn't pay it's all stuck in payment limbo.
