We've updated Subeta to use your system fonts around the site, instead of Verdana. Creators of operating systems have put a lot of work in the last few years to make the default system fonts much nicer and more legible than previous fonts. This has also allowed us to remove our loader for the header fonts around the site, making the site a little bit faster.

While I highly recommend keeping this font as more and more sites will be switching to use system fonts, you can change your customCSS here with this code: body, html { font-family: Verdana!important; }

You have literally no idea how happy this makes me. XD I figured it was just a result of you changing some stuffs around and that it was be adjusted shortly, but I was internally hoping that you were going to keep it this way. x-x SO YAY!!

ooh, thanks for the customcss, the font that was apparently on my system was causing a lot of things (including wishlists and forum posts) to be misaligned and i was wondering if the site was screwing up or something!

I kind of like the fontchange, but I don't like how everything seems out of porportion now. I was doing quests during the change and now some things gets blown up while others got quite tiny. I presume there will be looked into that? It's early here, but I don't like headaches. ;P

the font change is making all the text go under everyones avatars on their posts and it looks really large in my dashboard, so I don't really know if I like the change that much... I might change my CSS. sorry, I just don't like it that much.

EDIT: i changed the CSS back to verdana and now everything is extremely small in the forums but the dashboard font is still big, along with other pages around the site. ugh. i really wish I could've had it back to how it was. i just don't like this at all.

the font change is fine, but the size changes are killing me - some things are way too big, while others are a bit too small. so i'll leave the font as-is, but i'm gonna go ahead and change everything to 12px.

[edit]ok this is what i'm using to make sizes look good to me. this should fix the issue with massive forum post and news page text.

The font's fine, but a liiiitle tiny on the overlay windows for when you hover over items. Would custom CSS be able to just bump up the font size around the site?

I'm sure this will be good in the long run, but I agree that the forum font size is too small for me. x-x I have good eyes and I still feel like it'll start to strain me.

EDIT: Aha, much better already! I'll keep my eyes out. ;) (The small font still shows up when you edit a post and on the edit buttons and such)

I guess Segoe UI (default for Windows 10) is fine xD
