Looking at the tree options just gives me several blurry images and it takes several clicks before I'm able to get one of them to load. When on the decoration screen, the tree just appears as a tiny image in the top left corner, I can't do anything with it. Pressing decorations doesn't do anything and the one time I managed to get one to work I couldn't move it, the only button that worked was the remove button.

I've tried clearing my cache out several times which is the only advice I've been given. Also upon trying to get it to work, I ended up losing 250K because it counted my attempts as trying to change my tree.

I am not having this problem, however, I keep trying to update my tree and no matter what I do it will NOT save any updates to my tree.

Could this be connected?

My tree wont load ornaments and i cant see my tree except in my profile, so i cant decorate it.

Same problem here :c I can't even decorate with ornaments, the ornaments just appear above the tree instead of on the tree and it wont even save

I'm having tiny tree with the Centropolis tree, but not the Arctic Frost one. Have paid the 250k to see if I can actually decorate the Arctic tree; I can...but...it's not the one I want :/

edit: I was able to decorate and save the Arctic tree. Paid another 250k to change to Centropolis to see if I could save and avoid the issue, and now I have no tree visible at all. Not even teeny tree. But saving DID work and now I have the tree I want, so it could be a temp work-around?

They normally appear above on the left, do they not? They do that for me and I just move them. Are you able to interact with them?

Same issue here with the Centropolis tree. When I chose it, it was one of the blurried trees. And it's so tiny that I can't almost see it in the decorating page. Click to see. I hope that something will be done for this issue. ;_;

My tree is too small for me to decorate properly. I thought the downtime from ther other day would fix this, but apparently not.

This is my first luminare so I wasn't sure on how it worked lol! I got it figured out now c: tho the only way to save my tree is to reset it and redecorate it

Me too...tiny tree so I can't decorate it, except to guess where the decorations may go, but I can't add more decorations without emptying the full tree and starting over every time I want to add something new to my invisible tree.

I have the Arctic Tree yet I am not able to decorate it.

I'm having the same problem as you. I can see my updated tree on the ornaments page, but it won't show the updates on my profile, no matter how many times I save it. It has two strings of lights, but it only shows one.

when i go to rearrange or add/remove ornaments from my tree, it's invisible and has been since the first day :S
