Me too, blurred trees, tiny tree image and unable to decorate.

I'm having the same problem as Hippogriff. My tree wont save no matter what I do.

try a hard refresh (ctrl+F5 or ctrl+browser refresh button). People (myself included) have had luck with that.

same problem here (chrome / firefox / safari; cache deleted; hard refresh; -> always error)

For people still having the tiny image issue, clearing your cache might help now. I did it yesterday and it worked for me at least, and someone else mentioned that it worked for them too.

I'm having a different issue where I chose the Darkside tree to begin with, but then changed it to the Shadowglen one. It shows as Shadowglen on my profile, but on the decorating page it shows as Darkside still. And that's after clearing my cache.

Im still having issues with mine showing on my profile. ugh :(

It looks like you don't have the widget on your profile that has the tree in it. You need to have the "Options" widget added for your tree to be displayed.

it shows in the smail/add friend profile box, which you don't have on your profile ;)

that is really bizarre and i can't seem to find any reason that that would happen! could you copy/paste the source code of your tree page into a pastebin for me? :)

It seems like it's recognizing the Shadowglen one as being my tree officially, because it doesn't show up on the list of trees for picking a different one (the Darkside one does show up there). It's just on the decorating page for some reason.

okay so well i know why it's happening but i can't quite seem to get it working how it should. i've asked to take a look, and told him exactly what's wrong that's causing it, so maybe he'll have an idea that i didn't!

it's looking at this point that we might not be able to make this a retroactive fix, though, unfortunately, so you'd probably have to clear out your tree and start over.. but at least it's only on the edit page and not the tree everyone else sees?

Ah well, that's okay if it gets fixed for the future at least. c:
