Thank you to everyone for all of the help! This guide is a bit messy, but I hope it's helped everyone.

Door Order and Puzzle Tips From left to right, the order as determined by the link URLs is this: Open | Silver | Gold | Bronze | Iron

When you try to open the gold door this message comes up: "This door has a series of four locks - bronze, iron, silver, and gold. You will need to collect all 4 keys before approaching this door again."

TIPS: "2 and 8" refers to 28, the entire number of pins on the board. When it says you can only use each pin once, it means you can only use each pin for a single square. You can't make multiple squares using the same pins. Keep in mind that the squares to not have to sit flat, they can be rotated in various angles and still be square.

The pieces can be rotated by clicking once on the yellow rotation icon at the top left of each pieces. Try finding the pieces that can only be put in one spot before placing any others. There is one piece that is oddly and needlessly specific about its rotation, and even if everything is technically correct you will still fail if this piece is not rotated correctly. Highlight between the brackets find out which piece that is and what rotation you need. [From the top left corner, four down and two/three right, the fish/fish horizontal piece has to be upside-down, so the bellies of the fist point toward the top right.]

Puzzle One: Seven Squares

As said by : "'2 and 8' refers to the number of pegs, 28. Each peg is only used once to make 7 squares."

Images: Thank you to and

Upon completion you receive the Bronze Summit Key. This key goes to the door on the right that appears further away from you, (the Bronze door).

Upon returning to the puzzle room you will receive the achievement A Bad Omen: 7 Squares, which gives you he title of Square (___ is a square).

If you try to open it more conversation comes up. "The bronze key seems like it would fit the bronze lock on this door. With a sense of trepidation, you move the key toward the lock, but Blake stops you." Blake: Wait! We should wait for tomorrow! Saggi: Aw, what happened to your “sense of adventure”? Blake: Well, it’s just…we don’t know what we’re going to find in there. It could be another puzzle like that first room, but there could also be danger in there. We should wait until we’re well rested before diving in. Saggi: I can’t believe it, but I agree. Elwood: Absolutely. If I was going to drop another battle challenger into the mix, it would be now, and I wouldn’t personally want to be fighting it in a dark, enclosed space on anything but full energy. "You agree to wait until tomorrow to open the Bronze Door."

The bronze door can now be opened.

Puzzle Two: Dominos

Match the pieces to the board Do not fret to use new bearing All must fit to win reward Use it wisely, true and daring

Thank you to "MAKE SURE TO SPIN THAT PIECE MARKED IN RED to make the checkered pattern right"

Upon completion you receive the Iron Summit Key: This key goes to the door on the far right (the iron door).

Upon returning to the puzzle room you will receive the achievement A Bad Omen: Dominos, which gives you the title of Stacked (___ is stacked).

The next door can be opened immediately.

Puzzle Three: 2048
"You approach the Iron Door. Gripping the key you insert it into the lock and it turns easily. You’re not sure what you expected, but something more than that. Your heart in your throat, you slowly ease the door open."

When you try to view the puzzle, more text appears. Blake: Wow, I guess a tomb can’t sit forgotten without time taking a toll, but wow. Looks like another puzzle in there. Well, head on in, friend! Saggi: He stops you immediately. Absolutely not! This is a clear violation of SOHA regulations. Matlal: WHAT “SOHA”? Saggi: It’s the Subeta Occupational Hazard Administration. I cannot let anyone enter this room until proper safety precautions have been taken. Blake: C’mon, man, there are no SOHA reps here. Saggi: Ethics are the things that you do when no one is watching. I cannot allow any of our employees to enter a potentially dangerous work site. Blake: Sighs, defeated. Fine, better safe than sorry. Saggi: Mayonaka, go and get some rest. Blake and I will work through the night to make sure the room is safe to enter tomorrow. Blake: Oh great; No adventure, and I get voluntold to be part of the clean up crew, too. You agree to come back in the morning.

Two of a kind will combine, Up, down, left, and right To reach 512 will be fine A key to end your fight

Thank you to

[sub]Use the arrow keys to move the tiles around. Each arrow will make all of the tiles on the screen move in that direction (if they are not already against a wall).

Basically you are just combining blocks trying to make higher numbers. The lowest number is two, and the highest is 2048. You combine two of the same block and it doubles the number. So two blocks make a block, two blocks make a block, etc. The goal is to keep combining blocks until you create a 2048 block. Although in this case, a 512 block is all that is needed to move on with the plot step.

The Subeta version is a bit more confusing, because they are using symbols instead of written numbers. But the number of objects in the symbol represents the number of the block.

Also yes, a good strategy is to keep higher number blocks close to the bottom and move lower number blocks closer to the top so you can drop them down and combine with the other high blocks on the bottom.[/sub]
My own personal tip: Apparently you don't actually need to match two 512 blocks for it to count, you only need to have one appear on the screen. Apparently it still counts even if the page is refreshed? Don't quote me on that, but that's what happened in my game. Also keep in mind that for the most part, once you've beat the game you can't come back to it, so if you want to try to beat 2048 for the achievement and title don't click the check option until you''re completely done with the game.

Upon winning you receive the Silver Summit Key: "Everyone seems quite tired and worn down. You decide to move straight on to the Silver Room."

Upon returning to the game room, you receive the achievement A Bad Omen: 2048, with no title. If you are able to complete the game, you will receive the achievement of 2048 Master, which gives you the title of 2048 Master. Since I do not have the achievement I do not know exactly what the title looks like when in use.
Puzzle Four: Solitaire
You approach the Silver Door. With shaking hands, you insert the key into the lock and… hit something. The key will not turn. Removing the key and peering into the keyhole, you see that it is full of debris. Blake: What, it’s full of junk? No problem, we’ll just blast that door open and go straight on! Saggi: Are you kidding me? We just had a huge discussion about SOHA regulations, and now you want to use explosives in an ancient temple that has already proven it isn’t structurally secure? Matlal: ALSO, IS ARCHEOLOGICAL SITE.

Everyone gives Matlal their own version of a bemused look. Saggi: … That is also true. Blake: Ugh, I know you’re right, I’m just tired and want to move on. Elwood: Don’t worry, you’ll figure out a way to open the door by tomorrow. The user needs to get in there, anyway. That’s gotta be the battle challenger, right? Blake: Fine, fine. Let’s grab some food and rest, and then we’ll work on getting this door opened for tomorrow. You agree to get some rest and come back in the morning.

Jump each pearl to open space Over neighbor pearls attain Use your mind, it’s not a race Only one pearl must remain

Here is a video that shows you how to complete this puzzle: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f1AuE4WweSw

Thank you to

Upon completing this puzzle you receive the Gold Summit Key:

Upon returning to the puzzle room, you will receive the achievement A Bad Omen: Solitaire, which gives you the title of Forever Alone (___ is forever alone).

Just as you come back with the gold key, Saggitarius rushes in from outside. Saggi: What was that!? He looks around in a panic, then sees the door of the silver room, conspicuously blown open. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Blake: I have no idea how that happened, it broke on its own, a ghost did it, it was the curse. Saggi: You’re like a child! I can’t leave you unattended for 5 minutes without you causing some kind of chaos. Blake: I think if you replay what I said in your head, this was a clear example of a curse in action. Matlal: He laughs uproariously. Kaha: Let’s save the argument for another time. Everyone is okay, and we have the final key. We can open the central door and finally get to the heart of this mystery. Elwood: Hah, yeah right. The locks are going to be jammed or the keys will be wrong. Either way, that door isn’t opening until tomorrow.
The Gold Door To open the gold door you must have all four keys either in your inventory (locked or unlocked, it doesn't matter) or in your vault.

You approach the central door and fit each key into its corresponding lock. Turning them, they all move freely and make a satisfying click. As the final gold key is turned, some larger locking mechanism inside the door itself springs to life. Several seconds of grinding and thumping noises pass, then silence. Elwood: That’s unexpected. Blake: His eyes glitter with excitement Open it! Saggi: Though he would never admit it, his voice is tinged with a hint of awe. It will be too heavy. Everyone, together. The teams line up at the door, each taking one half. On the count of three, the doors are heaved open. The ancient hinges squeal in protest, the doors themselves sagging and scraping the uneven floor. Eventually, a space wide enough to pass through is opened, a gust of stale air escaping the dark chamber beyond. A noise stirs inside. Blake: That’s not a good sound. Saggi: LIGHT! We need light! Elwood: Oh yeah, put the battle challenger in the big room, predictable. Aides rush over with flashlights, torches, and whatever else they can get their hands on. Oh no. Oh NO. Inside the room, treasure glitters in the light, but something else stirs within and it isn’t happy.

[sub]There will be three separate six-hour-long* boss battles. You are welcome to participate in all three and to battle using multiple pets. However, each pet&;s cumulative damage against only one boss (the one they damaged the most) will count.

These three bosses have identical stats and deal the same amount of damage, and no one boss has any advantage over the others. Start times for each respective battle will be approximately 6pm, 2am, and 10am Subeta time.

Prizes will be awarded based on total damage dealt and also to the best damage-dealers in each tier. The tier-specific prizes for tiers 1-8 and tiers 9-13 are different, and there will be no "double dipping" for the top-in-tier prizes; these will be awarded only to your highest-level participating pet in each tier range. (For example, if you have a tier 1 pet, a tier 9 pet, and a tier 11 pet and all three are among the best damage dealers for their tier, the tier 11 pet and tier 1 pet will be awarded the top prize for their tiers, but the tier 9 pet will not; the prize will go to the next person&;s pet instead. All other prizes will be awarded to the tier 9 pet as usual.)

*Six hours is simply an estimate, as it&;s impossible to be precise when predicting overall damage dealt during boss battles. We may tweak the first boss&;s HP if necessary for timing, but any changes will also be reflected in subsequent bosses. The second and third bosses will not be tweaked and will last as long as they last.[/sub]
Helpful to Know: Thank you to "For anyone in doubt, even if the boss heals or you die (but not block!), the damage you deal is counted towards the final score. Let's say you deal 500 damage. If the boss heals back those 500, you still get 500 damage towards your score."

Strategies: (Please ping me directly if you have a strategy you would like me to add here.) Thank you to "My strategy is the following: 1st round - Negating Pylonic (potion) + Icy Freezing Rod of Doom + Eventide Chakram + Gelaspell Scroll 2nd round - Glaciating Pylonic (to try for a chain freeze) + Scavenged Bow + Eventide Chakram + Gelaspell Scroll 3rd round (if I get the chain freeze) - Mercurial Throwing Vial (for a third freeze) + Bronze Clockwork Grenade + Gelaspell Scroll + Eventide Chakram 4rd round (if the third freeze works) - Eventide Chakram + Malevolent Grimfruit + Gelaspell Scroll Rinse and repeat. This is for a tier 4 player obv. You can swap the Scavenged Bow for another Clockwork Grenade or get two Eventide Chakrams modified with two Singed Baguette Crystals each."

If this doesn't work for you, keep in mind that you can always ask people in the Battle Forum.

Kaha: That was unexpected. Blake: Those were bhakorus. Blake: I think that was butterface. They look at Blake, perplexed. … From the Sacred Lands. There was a mural showing a woman but her face was broken. Everything was perfect but her face. Butterface. Kaha: … Classy. Blake: What does this mean? I get two maps from an unknown sender... An ancient temple in the desert and an ancient tomb in the jungle, both with a forgotten pet species living inside, and both with a depiction of a mysterious woman? It can’t be a coincidence, right? Kaha: I’m sure it is. Perhaps the Bhakoru were the pets of the nobility in the past - I hear they are a very long-living species, and such a creature would be an excellent gift. To my knowledge, our island history doesn’t mention the bhakoru, but history tends to be a bit light on the favourite pets of a sovereign. I’m sure this statue was a guardian golem for some island queen, nothing more. Blake: You’re probably right. I’m just seeing connections because it would make a better mystery. Hey, Mayonaka, who don’t you check out that central room now that the dust has settled?

[i]Blake: ...Well, okay, it’s another giant crystal. This can’t be a coincidence. Saggi: You discovered one just like this when you visited the Sacred Lands… Blake: How many more temples like this are out there in the world? Are there hidden shrines to Butterface all over Subeta? And what does this crystal do? The last one has some kind of power that allows pets to be transformed into bhakoru, could this one be the same? Elwood: Make the user touch it. Blake: Dude, that’s not cool, what if Mayonaka ends u

"2 and 8" refers to the number of pegs, 28. Each peg is only used once to make 7 squares. Said squares are not all the same size. They are also not all flat. Some of them are diamonds! posted an image of the solution, if you're curious.

The wording for this puzzle was kind of terrible. "2 and 8" sounds like 10, not 28. And "each peg is used once" makes it sound like any peg you use can only be the endpoint of one line, not that it can only be used for one square. I ended up having to google for an answer because I couldn't even figure out what exactly the parameters of the puzzle were.

I'm also kind of surprised that Subeta directly took a Professor Layton puzzle for this.

Same honestly. I was trying to figure out the wording and it just made no sense to me. I was thinking "2+8=10" or "2x8=16" lol So I ended up googling it too.

I was having the same problem. Only instead of adding the 2 and 8 in any way I was thinking more along the lines of having two separate boxes, where one box was the size of two implied 1x1 boxes and the other was the size of eight implied 1x1 boxes, making a small box of 1x2 and a larger box of 2x4, respectively. Although the thing about only using each pin once made me think that maybe we couldn't make boxes at all, since making a box would require clicking on a pin twice. ^^;

Thank you! I'm just glad I can be helpful~

No!! Not ANOTHER puzzle access game:( I really fell behind during the saheric plot line. I was mainly lost because of the order complexity, opening each door with a SPECIFIC puzzle or statue position, fighting beasts, etc. I really hope we have more time on the puzzles this year!
