*Hope I remember how to do this

It. Is. Alive! Honest! No, nothing health wise has happened that's kept me away, I'm fine. Better than fine actually. I know it's been a couple months since I've been around but I've got so much to tell y'all that I've decided to create a journal that I can share with anyone who wants to read it to explain in detail. Basically I have three more kids now - we all do. Its complicated, which is an understatement but if we hadn't stepped up to help this family I don't think they would have made it through the summer intact. But that doesn't matter, we did, they are and I've never felt better about a rash decision in my life. If you want to read a mini-novel or just skim over it and look at the pictures its fine with me, that's what it's there for.

WOW! I love you even more after reading about your summer and the special new guy in your life. You always seem to know the right thing to do. I miss you but I know what you are doing is good and positive.

PS I am a para Paraprofessional and have been for 8 years and I am proud of what I do. I have worked with special kids in all ways shapes and forms. I have worked in a SpEd Behavior Modification school and a regular school and just so you know, I have NEVER heard of treating a student like your friend was treated. It would NEVER have happened had I been there. I am a transition specialist now and learning new ways to help students and I still work with SpEd students. I will always love them best ❤

I just finished reading it all - Literally hours, and I am so proud of you and your family for standing behind him and his family. Your summer has been so productive and like you said, it moved you yourself in a direction that was outside your comfort zone but oh my God, the things you accommplished shows what the human spirit SHOULD be about. I have always known the just side of you, but to see you put it out there like that, well I am beyond honored to call you friend. ❤
