The same thing happened on one of my pet profiles. I made an HA for my character and then I wanted to put it on his profile aaaaand now there's just a pic of my current HA there. I'm too lazy to change it. :/

when you use the image url from your current HA, it changes when you change your HA in the wardrobe. If you want to permanently save the HA, you'll have to save the image and upload it somewhere like imgur or photobucket to share on the forums.
