As I'm moving a lot of my hoarded items to my pets TCs, I was wondering how much people will actually look at them. All these items are going in there whether or not other people see, but it would be cool to know someone flipping through other people's pets might someday scroll past some of my pet's collections. Especially now that some of mine are getting over 100 items, I'm curious what people like to see in a treasure chest, what makes a TC stand out to you, if you like seeing TC of spotlight pets or if you usually skip looking at them?

I feel like the only things that keeps me away from browsing a person's TC is 1) if they made the items tiny, or 2) if they have that fade applied so you can only see items when you hover. Even then if I like the pet's theme/aesthetic I might look through the treasure chest a bit.

Small TCs are nice and I'm more likely to look at each item name to see how it fits the pet it there are only a few items. But I can spend quite a bit of time admiring gigantic TCs too.

I love a good TC 8D!! And because I enjoy compiling my own I honestly do tend to look at a pet's profile as a whole including their TC. Have fun working on your own.

I usually look at them briefly just to get what kind of theme it is. Personally I don't care about single items in there, unless it's really odd for the theme.

If the name/theme/overlay sparks an interest I'll definitely check out the profile and TC as well.

I typically glance at it, particularly if there's any effort made on the profile. Can be as minimal as a few sentences but if the items are reflective of the pet it's always cool to see!

I'll look at them for a general theme/themes, and I might look closer if the TC is similar to any of my own pets (to see if they have any items I don't yet). I like to see how people organize their TCs, too. For instance, I remember seeing someone's pet who had a TC full of flowers (and I mean full. Looking at my own TCs, that one had to have been five hundred items or more), and they were organized by color. The owner hadn't done anything else to the pet, but the TC was just beautiful.

I am this way too, so sometimes I go out and look through people's pet profiles and TCs to appreciate the other things people have done, and get inspiration to work on my own pets even more.

I actually do on occasion. I really like to see what people put the time and effort to collect in there as it usually pertains to their pets personality and story. I do agree I don't bother if the items have to be hovered over to see them or are tiny, or in some weird tab/box where its more difficult to browse it.

It can be especially fun on fan pets that I know the tribute character as it is fun to see how much thought and effort someone has gone to to match the character.

But yeah, since I myself tend to put time and effort into my TCs I do like to take the time to admire those of others. Even though most of my pets TCs are far from started or finished. XD

I love looking at tc's! I think they can be really well crafted by piecing together things in certain color families and similar art styles - I think TC's can be a work of art in themselves and I love when I can tell people have put a lot of work into them c:

Yes, I always look at a TC which I find one of the important things of a pet. My own pets have massive TC's which I spend way too much time on haha.

Treasures are for me the most fun part when working on my Pets so my main focus on others' Pets is the TC as well... so yes, I do look at them.

I usually look at the treasure - mainly because I like seeing how the items are arranged (particularly if they're sorted into colours or something equally eye-catching) :D

TCs are the entire reason I play Subeta! My biggest is 1,325 so its safe to say they're a pretty big passion of mine.

I don't look at other peoples' pets often, simply because I don't use the forums much, but when I do I always love to see how a person sets up their pets' TCs. I rarely read stories these days, but I'll often pour through interesting treasures for ages. Of course I have a bit of a bias towards large ones, but small meaningful ones are interesting too.

The only thing that really keeps me from checking out a treasure is if a page is poorly or weirdly coded. Like, the TC hangs off the edge of a graphic or the items are so small they might as well not even be there. Hidden/obscured hover-individual-items TCs are hit or miss. Really interesting ones, like that one spotlight win ages ago where you hovered over stars on a map to reveal items one by one, are super fun to play with. But boring ones without a gimmick like that just get ignored.

I really like TCs. I think its a cool way to express a character's personality. If I'm browsing through someone's pets I definitely take some time to look at their TC. I also like to look at others' TCs for inspiration on what to put in my own. It's definitely one of my favorite aspects of subeta.

Oh, yeah, as somebody who loves to work on TCs, I definitely look at my fellow TC lovers' pet TCs:

  1. to appreciate the effort,
  2. to hunt for potential items that might work for my pets.

I love looking at TCs! It's essentially the first thing I look at, unless the first sentence of the story really grabs me.

The only times I won't look at TCs is if they're faded out and I have to hover over each item individually, or if they're really small and I can't tell what the items are. Basically just like you xD

How different people organize them is really fun to look at though. Like if they have a color palette (rainbow coded) or if they have like-things put together... I don't really mind how people set them up.

I don't even work on my pets much and I still love TCs, especially on the Spotlight pets. There was one spotlight recently that had a TC based on a bunch of people's childhood memories, and it was really poignant.
