So it's common knowledge that questgiver and local graveyard enthusiast Quentin is the primary source of those fancy elemental amulets. You can sell those for phat stacks OR you can return them to the Elemental Wizard for stat boosters or dumb shards.

The Elemental Wizard clearly states his amulets are missing. He didn't distribute them or misplace them. Those things got jacked.

There's the ones that you sometimes trip over, sure, but those were clearly dropped by the thief in their mad scramble, arms full of stolen necklaces. Now that they've got them, Quentin is content to sit pretty and dole them out to clueless quest-doers, usually at a premium cuz that kid sure as heck isn't meeting the price tag on the requested items they ask ME for. So now they're getting free tree ornaments or whatever while foisting the stolen goods onto US!

Worst of all, the victim of the burgling is RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. Quentin is WATCHING THIS MAN SUFFER while they runs their RACKET.

No more. Quentin must face their crimes. Here's my petition to stop this horrible evasion of justice so an old Chai can have his property back and enjoy his necklace collection in peace. Help me do the right thing.
