It depends on your battling preference, your pets tier and how serious you plan on battling. Truth serum can be really good if you like to steal or soma tablets that can activate random blessings or curses. The reviver of the lion is a must as a healer. The one ring is really only good for pets around 1k health. Once you're at 2k health it's only healing 50% unlike the reviver that's healing 90%. It's nice if you want to wear it or have it as a backup if you're constantly healing. Depending on your pet's tier or how fast you plan to gain stats, malice would also be a nice weapon to pick up.

reviver of the lion, soma tablets, truth serum, in that order. those are all things that will retain usefulness basically forever.

Truth serum has a niche use and is useful against or or three opponents, the one ring gets outclassed quickly at higher tiers. Truth serum might come in handy on the future, the one ring won't. The other two I mentioned are great though.

Hm it does not look like a good weapon (didn't even know it was a weapon) You may just want to buy the books to help raise your int, it's always important to work on your int :) but soma tablets + reviver of the lion are definitely worth buying when they get into the antique shop.

Get the reviver of the lion if you don't have one already. Having another near full healer is the most useful. The Soma tablets can make some tough challengers noticeably easier, although it's not mandatory to beat them.

Malice is overpriced in RD points for what it does IMO. I never needed it, even for T8 pets. Its defense is inadequate. It's just something you wave to apply an average strength curse and gain a little bit of temporary stats.
