That's like 15 tomes aka a boost of 30 stats... that small a boost won't have any impact

Pirate Cutlass tier 7 will not do a lot of damage but will be a good water blocker if you can use it. other wise Daemon tier 4

My set for him is my healers, my freezer, either Shinwas Temple Shard or Rainbow Vortex, two bombs to use against him while he's frozen, Reborn Icewand of Doom and Forj Tempered Machete. (Freeze and block 1st round, bombs 2nd, and infinite use attackers every round after that unless I need to heal.)

I make sure to have a good healing scroll and an attack scroll equipped, in addition to potions, pylonics, and shards.

Consider getting a Frost Thorn to use against him. He doesn't block much ice if I recall, so even with his stupid blessing up, the ice icons will go through.

Get an Icewand of Doom now before spring arrives, and make a RIWoD at Asmodeous genetech lab. I think it takes up the healer spot.

Water blocker...Daemon is your best bet, or the PC as mentioned.

When you reach t9, you could use the Welldweller Cuirass; it blocks 75 water.

Also stock up on Dark Light Potions since that's one icon he doesn't block much of either.

Hustler is a tricky 1 to beat keep him frozen if you want to live.

I do not have anything that freezes more than once. Well, sometimes my Rainbow Vortex and Kismets Cosmic Elixir will cause two freezes.

You should add a freezer scroll or two to your armory if you have any money, and Glaciating Pylonic has a chance to freeze.

Name some freezer scrolls if you know their names.

Perilous Whirlpool are good, they have a chance to freeze, maybe not the best but I have at least one equipped to my pets. Hope that helps a little.

Shriek of Despair and Psycho Smasher are the ones that come to mind.

Okay. I bought the Perilous Whirlpool Scroll, but it did not help. :'( . I will just do up to the 15 BQs until I can get her trained up. Of course I will attempt whoever they put in front of her.
