My avatar and pets are all space related. Mainly because I'm absolutely obsessed with space and, were it a profitable field, I would absolutely become an astrophysicist. Some of my most favorite books are written by icons Michio Kaku and Neil Degrasse Tyson.

I'm also hugely into fandom, slash/femslash/shipping, tumblr/A03/LJ, and gaming. My main fandoms/favorites are: Dragon Age, Mass Effect (my most favorite game), Portal, Darksiders, Supernatural, Sherlock, Harry Potter (most favorite), Star Trek (TOS & TNG), Stargate (SG-1 & Atlantis), Orange is the New Black, Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Angel, Hannibal, Batman, Ms. Marvel, the Avengers (and other superheroes), Doctor Who, LOTR (I'm working on The Hobbit), and so much more!

Right now, I'm currently playing Dragon Age: Inquisition and I'm on my third playthrough. Anyone else in the Bioware side of the universe? :)

Anyway, what I'm really trying to say is: are there any other similar geeks out there? I'd love to make some friends. ♥

Hello Lilly :) I just had to say hello to a fellow game and fandom nerd. :) I have played Mass Effect, it's been a while though I miss it. But I'm into Bethesda right now. Love Skyrim!

And I'm obsessed with reading fanfiction. I used to read books voraciously and then found fanfiction and haven't really read a book since lol. I mostly ship slash pairings, I'd say my favorite pairing of all time is a tie between John and Rodney and Kirk and Spock although I mostly read the reboot star trek fics. yeah i'm one of those that saw the new movies and haven't watched the Original Series yet. I actually watched Next Generation though so I'm not totally hopeless :)

Oh man, I just got done playing Mass Effect with Crystal tonight (she's wasn't to big on playing it, it seemed to make her kind of nervous), so she wanted me to play it for her so she could watch and get the storyline ♥). I forgot how much I love it what with all the Dragon Age I've been playing recently. Bethesda, huh? I like FallOut 3, though I find it really difficult to play because shooters. lol

I used to fly through books and now I rarely ever read them (unless they're related to a fandom, like Dragon Age, Star Trek, or Mass Effect books). Aw geez. YES YES YES! FINALLY, ANOTHER MCSHEP FAN!! Also, me too. Well, sort of. I had never gotten into or even seen Star Trek until I watched the 2009 reboot. That got me into it and I jumped online to read the fic, but it was so new that there was none out yet! So I saw TOS fic and watched all of it (which I actually enjoy more than reboot now?). I haven't watched the most recent new!Trek movie yet, but I have the intentions to do it. I also love TNG. ♥

Im into lots of games.. Skyrim was good GW2 was good but then it got boring Ive played so many i cant remember everything.. I love the persona games

Sadly, I either haven't heard of or really enjoyed any of the games you mentioned. The only one I've personally played a little is Skyrim, but it's too open-world for me. (So is the newest Dragon Age: Inquisition game since it was heavily based on Skyrim, actually. I spent like half of my time playing it completely pissed off and frustrated because of how big it was/trying to find things/etc.) It just seems that, for me, open-world games loose the plot a little too easily because of all the sidequests and the plot is my favorite part -- the reason I decided to play it, really. :) Sorry! I guess that bit is all a matter of preference.

I have heard of Persona though and have been interested in trying that out, though I haven't quite gotten to it yet, obviously. Is it good?

Yea, I'm still very frustrated too but at least I can still play Portal on my bf's steam account and most of the other games were gams I just had because I got them for free so nothing too important ^^

Yeah, I get that. That makes sense. Mostly, I just buy games directly now so it doesn't happen again. The only exceptions are some of the free games OR games that had the code to redeem them on Origins. I don't like to buy strictly directly through there anymore lest I lose that kind of money again.

Ah im a Mmorpg lover but ive not played any recently. I love open world games I find straightforward games can be somewhat boring i like my rpg games

I could not get into the first dragonage game but i want to try to new one. There were to many skills and i hated having to choose builds and stuff.

Persona is amazing i love the story and the characters and everything in the games. Ive played 4 and some of 3 Persona Q is hard..

I actually use the same password for it like on some other sites now so it's unlikely for me to forget it again soon xD

So when it comes to shipping ... well let's just say this:

Oh I see! Yeah, I'm not very big into MMORPG's. Last one I played was WOW and before that, FLYFF. Those games are only fun, to me, when you have other people (friends) to play them with. Otherwise, it's mostly grinding which I personally just can't stand (I have a short attention span). I'm glad you enjoy them though! That's what makes us so interesting as people -- our varied interests. ♥

I'm not surprised. The first Dragon Age game, while good plot-wise, was very very tedious to play. Especially the freaking mage's tower (and some say Orzammar, but I never had too much difficult with the Frostback Mountains). DA2 was my favorite Dragon Age game (though it, too, had a LOT of flaws like the freaking re-used dungeons, ugh) followed by Inquisition. I mostly love DA2 the most, though, because I just adore 99% of the characters and the development with them (as well as the plot, of course).

Hawke (you), as a character, cracks me up. He's just this guy (or gal) who wandered in at the wrong place and time and is expected to fix everyone's mess (and he does it, but sort of not the right way the whole game through). I especially love purple!Hawke because he was basically a huge asshole troll. XD His commentary killed me. I laughed so much. ♥ I love that game!

I'll definitely have to look into it then. Persona has been on my to-do list for awhile now. :D

LOL. YES! Oh, I love the SPN fandom on Tumblr. They have a GIF for everything. ♥ This is fabulous! :D

I used to do that too, actually, and then like 2 months ago someone hacked into it and wracked up a $400 bill. D: Was a HUGE ordeal fixing everything and having to cancel my previous card (I don't even know why it was on there -- no wait, probably DLC) and get a new one. UGH.

LOLOL. Yes! I have so many ships in SPN! Dean/Cas, Sam/Dean, Sam/Dean/Cas, Sam/Cas, Lucifer/Sam, Gabriel/Sam, etc. because there are soooo many more. ♥

Sorry to hear that happened to you :c That's one of the reasons I never buy something from the internet, and if I do my bf always buys it for me and I give the money to him xD
