I finished filling out my (long-winded) feedback and hit submit - once - and it processed quickly to a 404 experiment pet page that said I'd already submitted feedback. Totes haven't. I was able to go back a page to where all the forms were still filled out so I didn't lose my submission if it didn't go through but obviously now I can't submit it when it already thinks I have.

I know I didn't double-click. I'm especially careful with things like feedback that would be sensitive to multiple clicks. Could be Firefox glitching out or something though? Or maybe just a Subeta error. I suppose if no one else has had this problem, that would clear it up quickly that it's specifically something I did, eh?

Same - I wrote fairly lengthy and thoughtful responses, and I was not pleased that it glitched like that. This is an example of poor planning on Subeta's part. You couldn't have tested to make sure it worked, first? Everyone was very willing to take the time to give thorough feedback on this event, and after it glitched when we submitted our initial responses, you guys will likely get much less feedback than you would have originally. Anyone who does get past their annoyance at the glitch and go back and do it again is not likely to take the time and effort they did the first time, for fear it will fail again.

Yeah, same. I think I've gotten used to things not being delivered at first, so I typed it all in notepad (lol) but I really wish I could send them in already.

Agree that people who typed straight into the form will be less willing to do it all over again.

This also happened to me. I've got the page still up to paste my responses back in again whenever all y'all do fix it. Just don't do anything that'll crash my browser. : )

Haha! Yep, I got into that habit back then when comments were never going through, and also because of the "only send mail every 1 minute" annoying message when I'm trying to type replies on tabs XD
