Hey, guys! Okay, so I'm always trying to figure out how beginner Subetans can make themselves look hip and cool- they rarely have more than 2-10k that first week (no one makes their first million that fast!), but after a month of playing, they should be in a comfortable place; comfortable enough to want to spruce up their wardrobe! I made it my mission today to find an outfit that looked decently hip under 50,000sP and I came up with what I'm wearing right now, minus these badass shutter shades and my wallaby.

Using rounded down figures, these were my numbers: 500 - Wings 1,000 - Hat 150 - Glowstick 17,000 - Flats 1,600 - Halftop 8,000 - Jeans 10,000 - Camisol Which I think came out around 38,450 or something like that.

Now, I know I look a bit crazy-mismatched, but it was to make a point! So what do you do when you're shopping on a budget? Personally, whenever I welcome new people to Subeta and they're looking for something cute and inexpensive, I suggest the Pink and Lavender Summer Floral Dresses. They're under 3k (usually) and adorable as all get-out.

A lot of the Clothing Rack items sell way cheap in user shops. It's a great way for a beginner to start dressing up. Shops like Beach Shack, Icy Goods, Accessory Bin are great places for a user to expand their wardrobe.

I agree! I had a couple friends come to Subeta and they liked surfing through the Clothing Rack for their wardrobe whatnots, and I tried to encourage them to use the 'search shops' function because a lot of things sell for MUCH cheaper in user shops, and I'm a total penny-pincher and eat up bargains whenever I can! Explaining haggling was more difficult, though, haha. Friend: "It says 450." Me: "Yeah, but see if you can knock it down to like, 390." Friend: "Why would I do that!?" BECAUSE IT'S CHEAPER, YOU SILLY GOOSE. ~

Also ARE WE WEARING THE SAME HAT? I deffos think we're wearing the same hat. That is so hardcore. BROFIST.

I had those forever; the Just Some Boy clothes can be really cool, but I agree- the headphones are TOPS. (: The shorts are a good starter, too, and they go well with layers. FFFF your shoes are cool, by the way! Just like my irl shoes ~
