How was it broken?

The UGC box wasn't coming up when the button was clicked.

Weird. I just dropped a whole bunch of UGC like last week and had no problems. Good to know it's fixed. Thanks!

Will you guys implant more payment systems to subeta for example for the european users? I know I could use paypal, but I don't like paypal, you have to wait day to have the money on your account and stuff... and I would spend more real life money with other payment systems anyway :(

They haven't done it for the US users, and I (along with many others) have expressed our dislike from using online sources that aren't safe ((identity theft)) so, don't get your hopes up.

We had even suggested other companies that offered something similar.

Sadly the issue is still there for me, clicking the button only loads the page again for me and isn't bringing me to the next screen :(

Don't you get paysafecards in your country? I'm from Europe, too (Germany) and here I can buy these cards in a bunch of shops even though I'm living in a small town that has more cows than citizens.

They are being dropped but users still have time to use the cards they have so it is better to be fixed for the time being since there was a deadline.

I'm pretty sure it's only the UGC's that are going away - the pop-up in question offered other ways to get CSC :D

Maybe you haven't noticed (it took a loooong time before I did!), but there are also other options available via the PBC/UGC button, they are different for each country, so maybe there's another option that works for you? I'm in Belgium, and I have an option to pay directly via a bank card (debet card, as I don't have a credit card). Personally, I always pay via that option, but also keep some spare cash on Paypal, in case Subeta gives special bonus items when purchasing via Paypal. :P

I don't like to use creditcards or anything like that... Though I am sure there are pretty safe ways to pay for csc on Subeta :D

I have never heard of paysafecards before 😮 But I looked it up on the internet and I can see they sell it at the Shell and BP... It is something like a prepaid card?

Hahaha, glad to see you found a way! It seems like lots of people don't even know the different options that the button gives, most people seem to think it's only for the Ultimate Game Cards... Come to think about it, I don't recall there ever being a news post or anything to let people know! I know I stumbled on them totally by accident by clicking the wrong button, and only then realising there were other options!

Oh man yesssss!!! They really should make this more public 😱 If I only knew...perhaps I would have bought more csc in the past 😮 And you found out about it by accident...well that shouldn't be the way to find out about it of courese 😕

Yes, it's a prepaid card / voucher. You for example buy a "card" for 25 Euro and in return you receive a voucher with a payment code number on it. If you make an online purchase all you have to do is to enter the code, you don't even have to register of the paysafecard internet site or something. c:
