so yeah, for the past two months everytime i try to buy CSC with paypal it is not rewarded correctly (even after waiting up to 24h). i have to file a ticket everytime (six times in a row now, i start to feel stupid xD) to get my CSC.

is there anything i could be doing wrong?

using Firefox 25.0.1 on Windows 7. oh yeah, i'm from germany, so maybe that's why?

What exactly is happening when you purchase CSC? Are you only getting a portion of it, or nothing at all?

nope, i click for it, wait for paypal to load, enter my information, pay. then i get directed back to subeta to that page that tells me "enjoy your CSC, if you use an eCheck it takes a while for it to go through" or something like that, but nothing happens.

The same things happens to me. And waiting more than 24 hours for the CSC is unnerving. I mean it's real money, and having to contact you guys every single time is not really reassuring.

I had to quit buying csc with Paypal for the very same reason, Paypal apparently fails to inform Subeta of every transaction (of mine) now. I'm just glad I can use different alternatives, but I used to like PP better because it was the quickest of them all :/ It worked fine until about the end of July, but since then it just doesn't work anymore :c I was informed on one of my tickets that there was nothing I could do, but I wish Subeta would try and check this up with PP D:

[edit] I'm also outside of the US, and I have american friends who purchase with PP easily and quickly like usual. Another german friend of mine is experiencing the same "csc never credited until making a ticket" issue, so I am really suspicious this might have some correlation. That's particularly annoying, because we're the ones who already have very limited ways of purchasing csc :/

are you from outside the US too? which payment form do you use now?

yeah, because i've been waiting for three days now to get my latest CSC -.- it's a little bit annoying by now, because i bet the sale is over once i get credited....

Sometimes I use UGC (we can print a CSC payment order thing and pay it via banks here), but it takes a couple / a few days to process. When I need it quicker and can use a credit card, I do Stripe... takes some 5-10 minutes (and in case you don't get credited when paying via Stripe you dont need to wait the 24h to open a ticket / the ticket goes faster too). I hope they can get your ticket sorted out before the end of the sale! D:

perhaps this is an out of US problem? I use paypal to buy CSC and have never had these problems before. (I live in the US)

it sounds like it.. Blanche is from outside the US, her friend is, i am and if Treacle is too then it's four users and i highly doubt that this is a coincidence.

at least i don't have to worry about the sale being over thanks to the genorosity of a certain user ^_^

I just bought CSC today via Paypal, I'm also outside of the US, and I had no problem at all with it, got it credited in seconds. Might it be one particular bank / card issuer that has some glitch with PP? Because this seems sure more than a coincidence, but doesn't involve everyone outside the states.

(sorry clicked post too soon) If you use a card already with paypal, I would reccommend using Stripe. I use it and have only once had an issue (and that was on my bank's end, it did eventually get sorted out). I've never had an issue with CSC coming through and I've heard that it's slow but it never seemed slow to me at all. I do live in the US though but if this is a paypal issue it would get around that at least :/

In addition to that, I use my card through PayPal, not my PP account charged with money (does this make sense? I hope so), so I don't actually require PP's service, it's just a gateway between my card and Subeta. Are you transferring the money from your PP account and not a card? Because I had issues with that on other game sites, and it NEVER worked. Never ever.

Then I have no idea, I wish I could help you :/ Maybe someone on Subeta's end can look into this since it affects many users as it seems. I'd say try out Stripe, I've not used it but it seems available from my country and with my card, and I have a normal non-credit Master Card.

Yeah this issue definitely seems to affect mostly non-US users then (even if not all non-US users)... maybe it has some relation with Paypal having specific websites for said countries (ex. people in Germany use Paypal Germany instead of the generic Paypal International website) and these ones aren't communicating properly with the recipients of payment or something :c It's disappointing because it used to work well before and nothing really changed since then.

Really wish there was a way for us to poke Paypal and ask what's happening, I know I'll be trying to avoid using their service anywhere from now on when I can.
