Is there a way to check this with PayPal? If the communication between the servers or whatever are not working properly, you could put up a note saying that you don't advise non-US players to use PP. Because really, it just puts us at a disadvantage. Like I mentioned in my ticket, we missed the whole CS Chance Machine sale because of the 24-hour waiting time (which is obviously never only 24 hours, since the admins have their life and can't reply immediately), and there is a chance to miss stuff through Black Friday. Just think about the Hustler. Also, this is not a lash out at the admins. I believe this is hard on them as well.

Yeah, either way I'm not sure why does that issue happen :( All that I know is that I was informed on a ticket that it's not something on Subeta's end, but I wonder if there was something that could be done to permanently solve it... after all, the site is losing money D:

I hardly ever shop at Ebay (I use my PP mostly for buying things directly from other people) but it's great to know that I don't need to worry about using it on other shops and never have my payment delivered! I tend to get paranoid with these things after they happen once x_x

I really don't want to be the one who whines all the time. But... The Black Friday sale ends tomorrow (when I have school, so I won't have time to be around) and I still haven't received my CSC. I try to be patient as you asked me to, but it's getting harder and harder every minute. I mean I payed for my credits on the 28th. I really don't care anymore that I missed the CS Chance Machine sale or several retired items from the Hustler. There is nothing anyone can do about that now. However, if I miss the whole Black Friday sale because of this, I will be really disappointed and mad. I spent real money on this site, and as of now it feels like my money just went down the drain. So I'm begging you to look into this problem. Waiting 24 hours for the cache to clear is kind of understandable - even though it seems to be pretty clear that is not the problem anymore. But waiting 2 more days when the Black Friday is in full swing is just... really unprofessional, I guess.

Also, I would like an official statement on this problem. Is this on Subeta's end? I would assume so, since PayPal works just fine with all the other sites. But even if it's not, it would be great if you could address this issue on the news. You know, just as a heads up so people would actually know what's going on, they would know what to expect. And then it's up to them to make a decision: will they take the risk that their credits might not be on time for the sale or not? I will ping as well, because I don't know how up-to-date he is on this problem, but I guess he should know about it.

And last, but not least: please forgive me for this whining. I hope you understand that this issue concerns real money for which I didn't get anything. If you could help me, I'd really appreciate it. :)

I just bought csc with paypal and I normally get it straight away, I havent yet, I really hope I get it soon as I only bought it to get things in the sale, I bought some last week with no problems

Awh shit, I wish I'd seen this. I just bought 5000 CSC through Paypal and still haven't received it. It's usually instant. Now I'm reading that it could take days? I bought it for the sale, I'm going to be really mad if I can't get what I wanted.

Well shit, wish I'd seen this earlier, I just bought CSC via paypal, and since the first batch didn't come right away I bought a second batch only to have the same problem. :( I can't wait 24 hours for the CSC, the sales will be over then.

Yeah, see, it might be a cache problem (as someone else pointed out, not all international users have this issue!), but it might be a PP-Subeta communication thing :( In this case, I'm pretty sure there's only one staffer that has access to Paypal-Subeta financial data (to be able to verify the purchase), and I believe their work breaks fall on weekends / maybe extended because of Thanksgiving. Considering UAs also have their (much deserved!) breaks, it really may take days to get it manually credited D:

I hope staff can find a way to work around this issue for the users that are still waiting, though, so they don't miss the sale ;-;

I have exactly the same problem with Paypal orders. It started in July for me and I created 8 tickets because of not receiving csc so far. Everything worked fine before July 2013. It's getting really annoying meanwhile, but it saves me money when buying less csc lol My location is Germany, so there might be something about the "outside US" thingy ^_^

I have the same problem too, and yes, it is really annoying! Luckily the last transaction for the Black Friday Sale was dealth with by staff in an instant. It was just amazing how nice and helpful the staff has been. But still, I really dislike the idea to create a ticket whenever I want to buy CSC and I hope this will be fixed soon. I'm from Germany, I use Comodo Dragon and have Windows 7. My cache gets cleared automatically whenever I close my browser, so that can't be the matter.

just purchased credits again and i highly doubt i will get them :( let's wait 24 hours..

but i have another idea what it might me, this SEPA thingy european banks converted to!? sorry, i don't quite get the concept of it either :/
