I have been watching "The Haunted" all day and I am curious about other peoples' ghost stories.

Ah, so you have finally decided to rejoin us, have you? Falling on your blade in grief seemed like too much trouble, I take it?

I agree with Paranormal Witness!

I had three things happen to me in my life.

First, when I was really young I was playing in my room with my dollhouse and I saw...something. It was just a mist with faces, really. Anyway, I ran downstairs and told my mom but she said it was my imagination. The upstairs always felt creepy after that and every time I walked downstairs I would run because I felt like I was being followed. I ended up sleeping downstairs on couches with my mom and never taking baths alone until I hit puberty and began to shower. In that same house when I was young me and my friend were doing texting through papers. Lame, I know. But we were young. We would throw them behind my tv to get rid of them but then the papers would start flying back out and answer our questions with things we'd already written.

It was a double house and I live on the other side now. I always feel safe, but there was a time friends witnessed a framed picture fly off the top of the tv at my head and miss it be centimeters.

Nothing too exciting haha

I will have to look that up, I don't think I've even heard of it. My favorite ghost show is Ghost Adventures, those guys are the best!

I used to think my house was haunted. I would hear my name while I was trying to sleep at night, get weird feelings like I was being watched, but it's all died down. I did once hear a growl in my bedroom and a knock on my closet wall.

Ghost Adventures is my favorite paranormal show too! I'm a fan of Nick the most haha. And yeah, little things like that happen sometimes and you never knew if it really is your imagination or not. In a way it could get kind of annoying.

I had a friend and she'd always tell me how haunted her house was. After a few times being over there and seeing nothing I started making fun of her ghosts, and she got really upset and told me to stop, but I didn't because I didn't believe there were any ghosts there anyway. After I left that night she sent me a bunch of messages complaining about these really weird noises she kept hearing and things moving, and she was mad at me because she had to deal with that all night because I insulted her ghosts. That's the only ghost story I have.

Yes, from what I have learned provoking and insulting is not a good method. It can actually exacerbate the whole situatio

My heart belongs to Zach, there is just something about a guy who can't put his arms all the way down that gets to me, lmao Also, have you read his book? It's very good and gives a lot of insight about him and his ghost hunting

Aw I don't have any real ghost stories although I'd love to see one.

I did think my room was haunted once because things went missing and even when I re-arranged my whole room and got a new wardrobe and stuff, they never turned up. Also, I was sitting at my computer once and one of my guitar strings was plucked really loudly. It was really weird because it was only the one string that went off and it was really loud, so it's not like something just brushed against them. And my guitar is on the other side of the room to the door so I know nobody else could have done it because there was nobody else in the room. I know my house isn't really haunted though, it's not all that old, I just don't have any explanations for this stuff.

The house doesn't have to be old. It could just be the land the house is on, you could always look up the history in your town

It's very, if you can get your hands on it it's worth it!

I was in my room, playing some games when suddenly I heard someone "whispering" my name really, REALLY loud. And I was home alone. Needless to say, I refused to sleep this night.

- I have a few stories of things that science can't explain, and religion refuses to acknowledge. Some of which it's best I keep to myself, but I can tell one.

I firmly believe in the things unseen. One memorable time was one night, I saw the ancestors walking outside. Old Indians. I don't know if they were the ancestors of the land, or mine specifically. It was pretty rad. I've also seen my great grandma's spirit outside, once. I welcome joy and goodness and banish and turn away badness, so I have been fortunate that I have only had good experiences, a bit of respect goes a long way.

My old house used to be haunted. It was an old farm home and it was over 100 years old. One of the only things I remember from that house was seeing something run towards me. I opened my door to go to the bathroom and I remember seeing a figure run towards me from the hallway. I stepped back and slammed my door. I don't remember what happened after I shut my door though. T.T Oddly enough the gas station across from my house caught on fire a few days later, but some angry customer did that. XD I remember a lot of creepy experiences like this one from that house. shivers Sometimes I think whatever was there followed me to our new house.

I've thought about it before. I know how it sounds to some people when they claim their psychic and mediums, but I think that I have some sort of ability to at least feel a presence. I'm not like the Long Island Medium lady (I don't know her name) who just goes around claiming to see things. But I can feel when something is there and I can hear things others can't. Ever since that experience in my old home, I haven't seen as anythings to that extent. So I don't know, I try to stay away from the paranormal anymore. I will admit to my loving for Ghost Adventures, Zak Bagans makes me laugh. XD Nick's my favorite.

Okay, so i might have one for you, i think i was around 11-12 when this happened

So me and my 2 bff decided it would be a good idea to do a Ouija board...in my house, in my brothers room to be specific. So we set in a circle and lit candles in between us and placed a picture of my grandpa in the middle (this is who we were trying to contact). Each of us went around and said one thing to prove that he was here, and i dont remember who said what but basically it was knock on the wall, turn on the ac and turn it right back off and call the phone. So it wasnt very long and the phone rang and i about died, i answered it and it was my mom, so im thinking omgosh im so silly, well we hung up and it rang again a few seconds later, so figuring it was her, i picked up and said "yeah" and dead silence....i was like, wtf, so i was like, keep calm and then the ac clicked on but it never actually blew any air so we were like okay we are leaving and ran out of the house, i cant remember if we heard any knocking, but ever since then (when we still had a house phone anyways) it would always ring but nobody would be on the other side

i spent the night at my friends house that night lol
