I have tried to get two friends of mine to join the site because they saw me playing and are interested in trying for themselves, but every time they both tried to make an account they said that they were not able to finish creating their account because it wouldn't let them make an avatar. They said they tried this on both Firefox and Chrome.

I was going to make a ticket but decided to post here first instead. I hope that the staff will fix this or figure out what is going on soon so new users can actually create an account.

-Disease What happens when they attempt to make an HA? Is it possible to get a printscreen of it?

Well he was able to create an account eventually, after saying that the page just wouldnt let him edit his avatar. but I told him that you could edit your avatar at any time even after creating it. so I guess that was just a misunderstanding.

As for my other friend, it just simply wouldnt let her create an account. After she would edit her avatar and click "next" it would take her right back to the first page OR give her an error. either way it was not allowing her to proceed to the next step after creating the avatar.

My friends have also experienced the HA problem. Nobody took a screencap for me, but they all said that the avatar page just shows blank boxes and that all of the hair options are Bald. I kept having to tell them that they could change their hair and outfit later and that it didn't matter which options they chose for the moment, but I imagine it'd be disconcerting for a random newbie to try and join and see that weird error.
