Blah!! I need to cry to someone.. I offered on a trade yesterdayabout 10mil SP and an item. I forget what I offered on (im pretty sure it was CSC though) and I definitely dont remember the username. ANyway got on today and checked my offers and its gone and I dont have the item in my inventory that I offered and im pretty sure my sp is gone. I made a ticket but unless I can remember the girl username Im doomed :( I tried looking through my history and I looked through every bloody profile there and still cant find her. Id know if I saw her wishlist because I remember looking at it and she had tons of minons on there including the piggly pig I had offered. Im pissed off at my history, im pissed off at my memory and im pissed off that ive lost Sp for no fault of my own.

You can search wishlists by item names. Have you tried that? It may take awhile but at least you may recognize the username. :)

Im pretty sure the staff would figure it out (: Not the end of the virtual world xD

As SMIRNOFF mentioned, you should definitely do a wishlist search and see if you recognize the person's username.

Does that search show ALL users with that item? Or just a randome few?

It should be all the users.

Yikes... yeah I have had that happen to me... it's something with the trades... I... don't know how to explain it but I think the trades need a nice upgrade.

Thanks Amei! That would be terrific if they did, though somehow I doubt it will happen. This has happened to me before too, except I was online at the time and so I could remember the username and it got sorted. I just wish the staff could somehow check who it was =/

If you report the glitch I'm sure that the staff can trace it back to whoever you did trade the item to.

That kinda happens to me too but its the opposite XD I'm the seller ;p

Collage: By 'report the glitch' you mean make a ticket right? That's what I did anyway, so hopefully it works out!

If you filled out the ticket, once a UA is able to look into it, I am fairly certain that they can track when you offered/what you offered on and where the points went from your account without needing the other users name. Most things we do on our own accounts can be tracked by User Admins with the exception of privacy things...like sMail/password changes/etc.

She's already said a UA couldn't help her without a username... :P

Searching the wishlist is a good idea, and honestly I really can't think of anything else that might help outside of tracing your Subeta day...perhaps search the item you offered on in trades to see if it is still there and view wishlsits from those users?

I thought so too Stijn. I have only ever had one issue with trades the length of my account and I didn't need a username to correct the issue. That was a good time ago though and I can't remember what exactly happened but I think mine was losing items not points.

If they don't, how will they know if the name the OP gives them is even who she tried to trade with...?

She never actually said that the UA said she needed a username? I gathered from ShadowFax's posts that she assumes she needs the name, but she may not.
