Toy, Quentin, Alexander and Maleria all hand out super rares.

I think they changed the quest stuff to keep super rare items... SUPER rare. :D

I'd actually consider it a good thing that Pete doesn't ask for super rare items, because most of the food items are rather inflated now due to pet hunger. So it actually does balance things out quite a bit.
