When you're around the forums, do you have your filter on or off?

Today I got made fun of by when she found out that I keep my filter on. :P While I respect everyone's right to swear up a storm, I personally just don't feel like seeing it.

I've had mine off since the option was made available. I don't mind seeing other people's swears, and would actually rather see the word than a silly replacement. I love that there's an option to turn it off. =)

I have the filter off because I don't have a problem with looking at typed swear words, lol.

pfft, filters are for sissies. i like to see shit n stuff, forums are no fun w/o pottymouths like moi.

My filter is off. Plus, having it on might lead to miscommunications (why is this word underlined for misspelling in Mozilla? O_O) for me. Like, if there were some forum about someone who I thought 'loved' penguins, I might say I love penguins too, and...well...anyways, I don't mind seeing the bad words either.

I love the swear filter so much. I love that we have a choice - best idea ever.

I usually have mine off, but I sometimes turn it on because the replacements are funny.

Mine is on, mostly because I just never got around to turning it off ^_^;
