I want to make a banner with pictures and such but I nee help finding a program. I would LOVE for it to be free, but if there is an excellent one for under $35, you can suggest that too.

[edit]

I got Animation Shop 3. When I try to make an animation in a 480x90 frame, I add the pictures into it, and when I try to adjust the position, it's cut off on the top and bottom and the center of the picture is cropped off. How do I fix this?

I know you can download a free trial of Animation Shop for 30 days...but I'm not sure how much it costs to actually buy it. O:

If you have photoshop, Imageready comes with it. You can make simple/complex animations in there.

I use GIF Animator, which is free. You can use IrfanView (also free) with it if you're making stuff in paint, to convert files to .gif in order to animate.

Imageready ftw! Though being a photoshop related program it's the true opposite of free ^^' Unless one happens to have gotten their photoshop for free...

I actually looked into it. It's 50% off right now (aka $20 USD), but usually $40 USD.

I use Gimp. I had to look up how to animate things on it, but it's a wonderful free art program. ^^
