Will I get in trouble for having over 100 items in my inventory? Strange question to ask, if not paranoid, but I want to keep my record clean. =)

No you don't But when you have that amount you can't recieve gifts or buy items and things like that

As far as I know, you can still take things out of your shop/vault and 'win' things (like the random items) with 100 items in your inventory, though. You just can't buy/receive things. It's been a while since I've had a full inventory, however, so I might be wrong.

- Your correct. You can still receive some items with a full inventory, just not purchase more.

Fenix - You probably already know this but there is an achievement for having 100+ items in your inventory.
