I mean, it's been in the news a lot lately. Especially here in the US and as much as the site tries to be politically neutral since no one can hold a civil conversation about politics. Coughhack. Anyways.
It's a valid question, I think: will Subeta be subject to the age verification laws and by-laws that are getting shoddily passed around the world? If so, how are they going to be implemented? Are we going to have it be the AI slop or user by user? Idk, I'm reading up on Tumblr forcing some of it out and Ubisoft already hit me with it and it's like if you can't math out what my age is based on my account age, we've got bigger problems.
Anyways, I hope Subeta survives this stupidity. I'm just curious what the approach might be/is going to be. (Apologies for semi-incoherence, I haven't been sleeping well and it's been very long days.)

Hopefully it will be user by user, if Subeta is even big enough to be subject to the AVLs. The last thing I'll put up with as a sexagenarian is some AI telling me I'm not acting my age....
Perhaps if people didn't have a perpetual stick up their anus, they'd receive the answers they seek.
I wouldn't worry about age verification for a site as small as Subeta. It seems to be going after bigger, social media sites like Discord or Youtube.

If it reaches Subeta, I hope it's done user-by-user and account age is taken into consideration as well. Xbox and Playstation etc asking users with 15-20 year-old accounts to verify is honestly daft.
I hope it doesn't reach far enough to affect Subeta, but there again in this current world, we don't know that it won't.
I agree with the post above mine, I don't think it will be an issues for Subeta. I also think that subeta also have a rule about age, that is if you are younger that 16, you cant created an account, but yet, people lie and try.
