Am I the only one who can't seem to decorate my luminaire tree? I can't even see the tree when i go to the decoration page.. So i blindly added the ornaments and then couldn't even save it :/

I have to clear my cache every year, I think it says to do so on the tree decorating page
yes! I cleared my cache like 12 times. I'm going to try again later today. There's a lot of people online and i'm sure the server is crying

I had to clear my cache too, but it all seems to be working fine. Except the Gifts Given page--I keep getting a 504 error for that one.
This is the third year in a row that I can't decorate my tree. I can set a background, but the tree never shows up. I can add decorations to float in the air, but it never saves. When I look at my profile, the tree is there - just bare. :(

These issues should be fixed if you're using the Kumos site for decorating your tree!
I can't even get to my tree. It says "generic problem"

I also can't seem to obtain a tree and keep geting the "Generic Problem" error.

Also getting a generic problem error when trying to decorate my tree or interact with most of the lumi tree pages on kumos.

Finally can choose and see my tree and background! Added a bunch of ornaments, one at a time, as Mass Add doesn't seem to work, and only 1 ornament is showing up. Have cleared my cache numerous times. Have closed the page and come back - still only 1 ornament.
How do I see just my ornaments? How do I remove a single ornament?
The generic problem error finally went away for me, but I can not see ornaments I have just added to my ornament inventory. I wanted to add my username onto my tree, but the letters I just bought to complete it are missing from my ornament inventory even though the "account search" shows that they're in there.
I've tried logging out and clearing my cache, but the problem still persists.
