Decorating doesn't work for me either, the ornaments just don't stick on the tree. I'm using Chrome on a tablet.

This is the most frustrating Luminaire in 17 years..

Have you clicked on the refresh collection button in the getting ornaments box on Kumos? I think that's what fixed this problem for me when I was having it.

Thank you so much for the suggestion/advice. I did try that the day I posted about the problem. It wasn't working then, but my ornament inventory seems to have updated now.

Yes, I still can't decorate my tree. If I drag and drop an ornament it doesn't stick on the tree. I cleared my cache and also tried switching to "Desktop Website" but it didn't change anything.

I can use the tree backdrop though but no ornaments.

Tree skirts won't show up on my tree.

I've had to wait for new ornaments to show up in my ornament inventory but moving placed ornaments doesn't work for me and it's so annoying lol. I have to assume I just don't know what I'm doing because that is often the case 😅 Can someone please let me know how to move ornaments on my tree once I've placed them? I want to be able to shift them all a bit but they won't budge and I have to remove them completely and put them back on 😑

I guess if you tap and hold the ornament you can move them

I really like the new Christmas editor because it works well on Mobile. I added a lot new ornaments to my ornament inventory; it took 12 hours for it to update to show most of the new ornaments. My new tree design isn't updating on my profile even though it's been 12 hours since I updated it.

Update: my tree updated about 20 hours later on my profile but still hasn't on my signature
