The Kumos - Pumpkin Patch asks you to choose a year instead of clicking a random area on the pumpkin patch. The year you choose determines your cool down, and you can go quite far back in time...

Edit: Is the timer supposed to be 40 minutes? It says "The timer will reset at 5:50 PM Subeta time, in 39 minutes and 35 seconds". Oh, I see the 'cooldown' is influenced by the year. Maybe that's it. Yep, it has the time listed on the selection page. I didn't see that the first time.
