I love this! I especially adore that it tells you the time, not just how long until the next time you can go is. Makes it WAY easier for my brain to keep track.

I found a distant year, that I need several of 2 books each from. The patch has indeed given me books (surprise, surprise!) - I believe every other from that year, just not one of those 2, lol. I'll keep trying...

Thanks for sharing this Keith. I like the idea of being able to get older items that I may not have but don't like the wait time. I alsao don't like the way the pumpkin patch is laid out. It takes a bit of the mystery/fun out of traipsing through the patch. But, in everything there is compromise so I'll learn to like the layout while loving the opportunity to get older items for my gallery. :D ❤

Do the 4 clickable items in each year have a meaning, like each represents one of the 4 sections or just random choices with the same function?

This is actually a very good question!! I wondered about it myself at first, but then I've just been clicking in the big space and not on the little images after that since I didn't know.

I am really enjoying being able to select a year though I wouldn't want that as the only pumpkin patch. Can we change the countdown so it doesn't count down to the exact second though that is more than a little frustrating. Especially considering how long the timer is for most years.

I love this! I get to collect older books from the patch. I hope this happens again next Morostide with the legacy patch.

No Scoundrel. I've gotten Croak several times. This is absolutely the exact opposite of what I wanted and I'm not happy for it.

Among roughly 20 tries per day, I got a single one of the items I'm after from my patch year - I should be thankful, but that one only doesn't really help me, when I need 10 and 5 of each, lol. But it's definitely wayyyy better to be able to choose one's older years instead of the current year forced to compete against completely uninteresting stuff from way back when.

before the event ends just wanted to say i really appreciated this extra lil patch this year!! i knocked a bunch of older items off my achievement wishlists (except that goddamn pumpkin cocoa, unless i get real lucky tn) and i'm assured that my gourmand pet never wants to eat anything pumpkin-flavoured for the next several decades, but i feel super accomplished!!
