I had the same issue. Still no achievement despite finding one.

I am also having this issue. Filed a ticket just in case. Didn't screenshot, but I kept the minion in my inventory.

Edit - Have found a second Scoundrel, no Achievement reward. Edit 2 - Have been rewarded the Achievement! :)

Same issue. I did file a ticket though.

Can the staff automatically unlock achievements so you don't have to find it again? Now I'm worried that I'll find it before the achievement works and then I never will again before the holiday ends (I'll say it again: please stop retiring the minion achievements and please un-retire the past ones!)

Still hunting for him :( Would it work if you clicked on the checkbox next to the achievement and reload the page? I've had the fangs achievement stuck, did what I suggested, and the next page load mentioned that I had received the achievement.
