Same happened to me. So I guess I file a ticket too? I don't want to flood them...

Nope, not quite fixed. Found the little Scoundrel, but no achievement. Went ahead and filed a ticket… poor staff.
Ditto. I'm not sure if I should file a ticket if so many people have, but it's still technically an individual issue...

The ticket is so they can award the achievement manually. Otherwise, you'd have to find Scoundrel again when the achievement is fixed, which isn't guaranteed before the end of the event. If you've found Scoundrel already and should have earned the achievement, it's okay to go ahead and file a ticket.
If you received Scoundrel from the Pumpkin Patch, but did not get the achievement, please file a ticket and a staff member can verify and get the achievement for you. You do not need to provide a screenshot.
Please DO NOT file multiple tickets on the same topic. There may be other users ahead of you, so please be patient, and we'll respond to you as soon as we can.

I have just found Scoundrel and received the achievement …. I assume that means it is fixed now hopefully.
Keith should have fixed the achievement around noon on October 30th, so everyone should automatically receive the achievement after finding Scoundrel now.
I was trying to test the achievement to see if it would automatically go through, but I still haven't found Scoundrel. I'm glad someone confirmed they received it :D

I’ve experienced the same issue a week ago, going to file a ticket.
If you found Scoundrel before the problem was fixed on October 30th and did not receive the achievement, please fill out a ticket.
