What We Expect of Our Members

We hope our members will be active and participate within the group (and we have several ways to participate: KS forums, Discord chat and this thread!) when they are active on the site. If you cannot be active on the site due to whatever reason just let us know, that way we don't think you've forgotten us! And that is it! (Aside from following all Subeta and Group Rules 😉 ) We are what our members make us, and we have something for everyone (if we don't we'll make it if our members ask for it!).

Our much beloved friend and co-owner Innerflame passed away on August 1, 2013. We would not be a group at all without all of the dedication she put into building our community. She was a kind and beautiful soul and we will miss her greatly ❤

If you wish to speak to any of us, feel free to ping us here, or use our Staff Ping group and whoever is online at the time will be happy to answer any questions you have. Also, all of our members may take up leadership roles as needed to help run games or give their input into what we do. We're a democracy (mostly) not a dictatorship 😉 If we sound like the group for you please fill out this brief questionnaire (please remember to copy the ping group for our staff!) and hang around here for a little bit and chat with our current members 😄 As soon as a member of staff gets online we can send you an invite to the group!

Kindred Spirits is always accepting age 18+ players who are already involved in other groups - specific focus or general/social. The main thing is that when you join KS you spend some time with us, because if you're going to join and spend no time getting to know us or playing/chatting with us, there is no point in being a member.

yay new tread, wanted to post on the old one this afternoon but it was locked... :(

recycle is mandatory here, you can get a fine when you don't. School is once a month on a thursday, we have stuff to do in class, we have guest speakers, we work on developing ourselfs. In between classes i have to do assigments. And in june i have to show my assigments are done and fullfill the requierments, have an interview with school and my assessor and a talk with an actor to see if i made progress in my own personal grow. And if all goes well i get my diploma in july,

So far The patch is givig me some new items most old items and ToT is or getting hexed (got monocule on now) or old items....

- Sounds like you're going to be working for a while for this diploma. I know you can do it, you'll make a great patient advocate! :) As for recycling, the powers that be do nothing if no one recycles. No fine, nothing. When we lived in Minnesota we had 3 bins. One for garbage, one for glass, and one for paper. We got a fine if we were found to have not recycled or put items in the wrong bins. o.o Anyways, I wish this country would be more responsible. We're messing up our own children's home by not doing this stuff. It's very selfish of us. :/

the recycle stuff was at first not a big thing but over the years it's getting bigger and there are laws now. Even the bins are matched to paper, plastic, green/food and other waste. And the cars that empty them are special for them Weird to see a small container on top but big under the surface, those bins can hold a lot of waste. I wish your cuntry had laws like we have here in europe, we need to be carefull with our planet.

- 10 months is pretty quick considering how long it takes to get a college degree! You can do this, I know it. :) Some areas do have laws requiring recycling but they seem to be few and far between. There is no federal law for it though and that is something I think we do need because it would force areas like mine to put up or shut up. :D

Are the pumpkins new this year? I didn't see them in the preview thread for the pumpkin patch items but I got one earlier and was so surprised. I don't think I've ever seen them before!

Yep they are new, and there are several colors. Go to Subeta tab, then Item Directory. Change 'Ascension' to 'Descension' and click search. This tells you all the latest items that have been added to Subeta, so you can look for them. :)
