Small improvements to job agency

The job agency has been given a few small improvements:
- A new collect all income button has been added, to collect income for all of your pets with jobs
- If you've already collected income for a pet, it'll display "Income Collected Today" instead of the link to collect income again

I don't think I'll use it, because I want to see, if someone gets an extra stat. But for people with dozens of pets it may well be useful.
