The first time I saw it, I thought it said “Battle Dog,” not balloon dog, and thought it was a weapon 😂

Seriously though, I'm on the fence about giving it lolstats, but I do love the idea of the balloon being a bomb.

(Also: When I was a little kid, I once hid in a separate room during a party because one of the games was seeing how many shaving cream-covered balloons we could pop by sitting on them in like, 2 minutes. I noped hard out of that because the noise of popping balloons scared me. So yeah, I feel you XD )

Since I feel qualified to discuss both balloons and Bob-ombs bombs, I'll speak up and say that I like the idea of it being made a bomb weapon! (I don't know enough about battling to weigh in on stats.)
