New Lifelike Dolls?

It has been a few years since the release of the last batch of lifelike doll, one of the best projects of Subeta.
I would like to know what's going on with it, is it canceled? is it stuck because of the Subetapedia pages for each species?
I checked and there are 9 species left:
- Aeanoid
- Antlephore
- Bhakoru
- Blob
- Hikei
- Magnus
- Mortiking
- Paralix
- Pherret
It would have been amazing if we got pet line every few months, I understand that the art team is small and some projects had to be postponed/canceled, but maybe there is a place to restart this project?
I love the lifelike dolls! It would be great to see more of them. <3
Considering the Pherret was just revamped, it'd be the perfect next one!

I forgot how long it's been since the last Lifelike dolls. Maybe it is because whoever writes the Subetapedia pages for them is too busy, or has left. I also don't know which artist it is that draws them, if it's not more than one person.

Maybe we will see some during the Anniversary? It's a long shot but hey. Also I didn't realize it had been a long time since the last batch. Also isn't Yaherra missing from the list?
There actually are lifelike telenine dolls already. But this further supports your theory, as telenine does have a subetapedia article.
Everything else on the list is accurate though, and I 100% support it. Would love some antlephore dolls!
This comment also made me curious, so I checked, and there are a number of wearable pets that could be referenced for the entries
Note: Some of these items feature baby pets, particularly the aenanoid and mortiking items More arguable, up to interpretation:
^^All feature dismembered body parts of the species and are presumably to scale
^^This one in particular is very contentious as it's old site art, plus there's also and which aren't to scale, but pherret's is also significantly smaller/more size-accurate to an actual ferret so I included it
^^Only the head is visible, but I included it because it matches the size and scale of the ontra pool toy
WEARABLES
Overall, 100% support! I'd love to see subetapedia entries and dolls for the untouched species, and I personally would be happy to contribute if there was a suggestions/brainstorming thread for it!

i did notice the missing lifelike dolls are the same species that don’t have a subetapedia listing. those might be related — if there’s no set size for the pets it’s be hard to make a to-scale doll. i’d love to see subetapedia entries for the pets that aren’t there yet, but from looking at them i can tell it’s time consuming. the pedia entries are pretty thorough and creative!

I'd love to see subetapedia entries and dolls for the untouched species, and I personally would be happy to contribute if there was a suggestions/brainstorming thread for it! i had the same thought, it'd be cool if there were a thread for lore suggestions, pedia entries, etc. i know keeping the site up is basically a labor of love, so it would be cool if there were volunteer positions for that sort of thing, maybe. not sure if there are and i just don't know about it :P but i agree, i'd love do see the pedia updated. i noticed there's characters missing from there, too! asmodeus is there, but not euclid, iirc
i'm glad you posted the wearable pets, though! i didn't know there was an aeanoid one, but i knew there wasn't any life-like dolls. i think these are some good alternatives!
Hate to be back so soon, but I just realized something: Yaherra doesn't have any lifelike dolls either. It's technically classified as an "experiment", but so is Qrykee, and there are lifelike Qrykee dolls.
On a cursory glance I couldn't find any "to-scale" reference items for it aside from this one, which I'm unsure is accurate. If it is: oh my god, it's so small.
[edit] I'll preface this by saying I'm not very confident in my math ability, and I did this super rough so more precision may be needed. But based on Cadogre's Subetapedia entry, which states that every Cadogre is exactly 24 inches tall (measured at the shoulder blades, as is standard for quadrupeds), the height of the "average" Subetan used for scale is somewhere between 4'8 and 5'0. Makes sense since the avatars are chibi. This could be used to scale the ones with reference images.
iirc it was stated that new dolls would coincide with the subetapedia entries, as for the last ones we got I honestly dont recall the last one, but believe its been longer than 2ys maybe
Lifelike dolls were one of my favorite things on-site. I'm sad this seems to be another thing cancelled without a word. My favorite species (Aeanoid) never even got done.

yes, lifelike dolls are always released at the same time as the subetapedia entry for a given pet. i think it's just another case of the artists having lots of other stuff to make on a regular basis, so the resource allocation hasn't been there for lifelike dolls.
also confirming the most recent lifelike dolls are the warador, released july 8, 2020. before that was the bovyne on september 7, 2019 and the dillema on july 18, 2019.
