When there is such a huge screwup like no resets at all, no dailies, no quests, no hungry pets, no new WEQ, we need an explanation, a "we know, we workin' on it" kind of news. After ANYone of the said issues is/are fixed, we need an announcement, a "we doin' our best, how you doin'?!" sort of thing. Please respect us enough to do so. Thank you.

As often as that happens, I don't think it'd be a great look for Subeta to acknowledge a mess-up every time it happens.

Perhaps in these situations, Subeta could put up a banner at the top of the page (with an x button so people can get rid of it when desired) that could say "We are aware of the issues with quests not resetting and are working on it!". That way, users wouldn't be left in the dark, but there wouldn't be a record of all the errors permanently in the news.

I've been on here for almost 15 years. It feels like a slap in the face at this point. I remember the days of actual communication between staff and users.

Been here almost 16 years :D I also nostalgically remember those days...yet, we're still here ;)

At this point I have wasted most of my teens and all of my 20's on this game. I'm not giving up now. I do miss the good old days though sometimes.

I saw your comment on the Survival announcement and I agree with you wholeheartedly.

To my understanding the amount of staff members on the site has shrunk a considerable amount over the years, so I don't think it is reasonable to expect someone to be a daily spokesperson to proclaim what bugs the few programmers are working on solving. I know many users who grow excited at the sight of the banner announcing the arrival of news, and I doubt people would be happy to see each bug acknowledged on the front page in the form of news.

What happened the other day wasn't minor. It should have been addressed.

I think if I'm not mistaken, the cron has been acting up for weeks so it's known about and is being worked on. There's not much to say honestly.

Agree with metroid above, there have been various issues with the rollovers and with weekend quests. Communication is important but in this case it was one day of questing and it was fixed, staff posted about it after it was fixed, we don't need multiple announcements about an issue unless its site breaking. Staff are human beings with other stuff going on, they can't be on subeta 24/7 it would be physically impossible. Glad it was fixed, but sometimes we just gotta be patient or shrug it off and be like oh well
