I just completed my 2010 bobblehead collection earlier today thanks to the Black Friday Cash Shop sale. After adding my bobbleheads to my collection, I visited the collection page and clicked "collect prize" underneath the collection. I was routed to this page where nothing appeared.

I created a ticket and helped to sort out the missing prizes. Keeping this open though in case there's some sort of coding issue that needs to be looked into.

It is a general bug, had it happening to me today

Looks like this issues still happening : - just ran into it.

I do notice that page has some javascript errors that might be the culprit ....Sortable's being referenced but the typical JS file included like it is on other pages.

best bet for this would be to file a ticket. believe this has been an issue for several years now tbh
