I can say it now that it's over without jinxing things :p

Just wanted to say kudos to an overall smooth morostide - some small hiccups but they were promptly handled and battling overall was incredibly smooth compared to previous years. Morostide is one of the biggest battle events of the year and I was able to plow through this one without any lag pains :).

I wasn't thrilled with clicking on a banner for a ToT and getting +10 minute ToT times on average vs clicking on a random ToT and getting between 3-5 minute times. I started avoiding banner ToTs because of the wait times, like that's the complete opposite point of having the banners????????

Second the big thank you for battle running smoothly. Best year for lack of lag I can remember.

Agreed! Thank you. There was a bit of lag throughout the event, but nothing that rose to frustrating, it was just fun :D

Oh yeah, that's right, but that's a day that ends in -y. ToTing otherwise was smooth from what i saw.

Some bugging with wardrobe but still, everything else was going smooth!

That might have been the smoothest Morostide we've ever had.

My only complaint is that it was too short! I'm on here an absolutely absurd amount of time and even I couldn't get all the treats from ToT'ing. I ended up buying what I never got but where's the fun in buying your own Halloween candy?

Especially when it's handed out at random, so it's not like you can pick and choose what's most important to you, and there's at least one achievement tied to getting the stuff, the minion finder one. Speaking of achievements though, is there going to be one for the rag dolls?)

Seriously though, excellent work keeping everything running for us during an extra busy event.

I loved so many of the new items and was happy to get most everything I needed through ToTing or scouring the pumpkin patch. Definitely don't mind if I have a few things left over--it gives me something to shoot for for next year.

I definitely do think there's a little bit too much preference placed on the random ToT option. In the past, I've been able to use billboards to help supplement the items I'm able to collect (at least for every five people who click on it), but this year it wasn't worth the CSC cost at all. I think it'd be fun if there were some extra goodies associated with going to a specific user rather than using the random option.

Unless more users ToTing randomly helps the site's servers in some way--in which case, I'd rather have the site perform smoothly than anything else, lol.

I'd seriously pay some CSC to be able to find certain item types more often when ToTing and Pumpkin Patching, like books, beanbags, etc.

the only time i was a little annoyed was that very brief period where avatar skins weren't loading. and that was like, nothing. was honestly a pleasant surprise. i didn't manage to get armitage but i did get crook like 5 times. :/ i found the billboards useful for getting hexed so i could get the achievements, but that's about it. random ToTing is too powerful!

Oh now there's a millionaire center or cash shop item idea! A wearable library card that works like the minion nip to increase your chance of getting books!

Oooh yeah, I was happy to see how this year's morostide ran mostly pretty smoothy, though I was frustrated a bit by the issues with the human zapper where the alerts weren't working, and skins being wonky so it being hard to tell what skin you had unlocked. I said this before on the thread about the issues, but the Human zapper is so limited and with new skins every year its so hard to "catch up" so to speak, so to even miss one day is a lot when it comes to zapper skins!

It did go pretty smoothly. I am pretty patient in general with downtimes, but lag during events is always such a bummer when we’re trying for achievements and new items in a limited window. I am so grateful this last one went so well!
