We've resolved most of the issues stemming from yesterdays database troubles. The only areas of the site that we found effected were very, very old (battle and major drills, primarily) and no data was lost, just changed for a few moments. Our database went through a (required) software update that shouldn't have caused any problems....... and yet here we are 🥲.
In old portions of the site we saved things to the database as ENUM ("enumeration") which means that it has a set number of options. In most situations you'd have it create options like ENABLED, DISABLED, kind of like a toggle. We used it a little differently and instead of ENABLED/DISABLED, we used 1/0. There is a native method for doing that though ('number') and this was finally the point where our database was fed up with these old areas of the site incorrectly using this method. Instead of gently changing the field type, it changed the field type and added one to each field. So, a battle weapon that had a field called hidden got changed to 1 instead of 0, making it hidden to all of you on the site (but still there!).
Hopefully this little explanation helps reason some of the race against time that we're constantly in on Subeta.

Interesting stuff, thanks for the update. Fingers crossed it doesn't cause any further headaches for you! It was kind of interesting from a (relative) newbie's perspective to see the sorts of Drills tasks that used to exist - a little peek into a world that once was.

Was in the middle of BQs when this post got pushed - Aftershocks scroll is still showing up as OPB for me when it should be infinite use. Healing is still not working on weapons (seeing this specifically with Maniacal Essence, Cronus Blade, Maniacal Slappy Hand, Phoenix Quill, and Reviver of the Lion, but I assume it affects others). Assuming those issues are related to the database issue since they showed up at the same time! Sorry if this is unrelated. :P
Keith Sorry if this is the wrong place to bring this up, but the weapons still are not working right. The weapons are missing their heal. Not sure if other things are going on with them. A "smarter" battler than me would know more and I am sure be able to explain it better.

Several of my weapons are still 'hidden' Phoenix Quill Reviver of the Lion Intricate Energized Helmet Volatile Energized Mecha Maniacal Slappy Hand Maniacal Essence Amulet of Neutrality
Possibly others, those are just the ones on my default set that I noticed went missing. My Armory is kinda huge. My other weapon sets are still not showing all 8 items that should be in them, even though they aren't 'hidden'

The appears to only heal 100hp, not 100%. I would assume that this is similar situation with other % healers.
The is also one use only, its supposed to be an infinite scroll too.

I probably am missing stuff but have no memory tbh of my armory. It looks like everything is still there as usual. xD I only know my Natasha and blessed trident are not healing.
also can we battle the opponents again, the ones that got their records either partially or fully reset? Or are we going to get in trouble.

Is it a new steaming issue that New Subeta doesn't load now? It asks for me to log in and the button doesn't work for that.

Not sure if anything else poofed at the moment but there could be more.
Those weapons and scrolls should be re-appearing, they were all set to only be allowed to be used by NPCs 😠
