Hi,

Is it possible to increase the frequency of Oracle Quests again? I've been intermittently playing for nearly 10 years and have only completed 105 total. The frequency of quests seem to have drastically dropped. Can this be increased again?

It's also SUPER easy to miss the event, so half of the time I'm not even aware she had initiated a quest

[edit]Agree... frequency needs to be upped. Get more Ice King challenges it seems, than hers or any other for that matter. Only @ 198 quests completed of 250... in over 15 years. :/

and anyone else wondering... Not sure if you know, but on the sidebar, you can add The Oracle widget. It shows when she is actively asking for a item. :) Sidebar options I keep hers right at the top. lol

I’ve been playing for almost 12 years, pretty much every day. I’m at 247/250. I think I started this year at 240. This has been my last needed achievement in the quest section for years.

I'm a very active daily player, I've been here almost 13 years, and I literally just got this achievement like a month ago.

I'm also pretty active on the site, my account turned 12 years in May, and I also just finished the 250 for this achievement earlier this year. I have been known to sometimes miss the event as well, but I would usually try to check every few days or so to see if I had any outstanding quests. I feel like the frequency could definitely use a bit of an uptick, especially maybe for people who don't have the achievement yet (if that's possible).

I'm all for this. Honestly I've always thought my account was a little weird in that I don't seem to get many random events compared to what other people seem to??? I.e. I've been here OVER 15 years and I've gotten 32 oracle quests.

I think they should be increased as well, I've been here for over 9 years and I've only completed 64, 2 of which I ended up quitting (one was too expensive, and another I accidentally pressed the "Give up" button for and there was no "Are you sure?" popup, but that's a different issue). And as another user above said, the frequency of other random events like the Ice King is very high, so why not this one? It doesn't have to be every hour or so like the Ice King feels like, or even every day, but there should still be something.

Maybe there could even be something that increases the chances of getting one, like how you're more likely to get the Tempest RE on Mondays or if it's raining anywhere on Subeta on a different day. I'm not sure what it could be, though, maybe when the Wizard is the Weekend Quest, or on a certain day of the week?

I second this. I've been on here for over 15 years and only got my 33rd quest request a few days ago. Almost every time I'm on I get the Ice King. Do I really want to battle that arctic ursa instead of trying to aim for an achievement that I want to add under my belt? You decide :)

I'm not THE most active with my dailies, but I do have her widget on my dashboard, and I'm a near daily user for past ten years. I have 7 completed. :(

Full support to increase the chance of a visit. I've been an active member for nearly 14 years now and only have completed 212 oracle quests. Although there have been months where I have taken a break, it seems like the only way to get the achievement is to be around 24/7 and hope you don't miss/quit the event.

I do have the highest achievement, but it did take way too many years to get (I've been here nearly 16 yrs). I will note, however, that my rate of completing them did increase significantly once I added the widget to my dashboard. The REs are very easy to miss.

Seconding the events being easy to miss. I have the Oracle widget in my sidebar, have for years, and many times I'll suddenly notice it's asking for an item. Somehow I missed the event.

I was about to post something about looking into the visibility more than the frequency, until I checked my achievements and saw I'd only completed 101 in 15 years. Granted I haven't been active that entire time, but still, even if you dropped that to about 8 or 9 years of actually being active, that's pretty slow.

14 years of playing, and I'm at 131. I log in most days, I do all my quests ridiculously often. Even if you count 4 years of breaks, which seems excessive, thats only 131 in 10 years.

Totally support. I've been here 11 years on and off, only at 23 completed quests. I swear REs like Lizards and Calvin showed up much more frequently in the early days.

Second that the sidebar widget is helpful if you miss the RE.

I've been here 13 years and have 42 Oracle quests. Even with varying activity levels over the years, that's super low. We definitely need an increase.
