I really appreciate the offer, but I think its going to be easiest to do it by myself.

I've been working on it this morning and I'm trying out different stuff to see what works best so searching for new threads, creating new threads and putting them in the table is kept down to a minimum. But I still have no idea what will work best. LOL I have three open windows ranging over my two screens with multiple tabs open in each window, its a mess!!!!

If I do work out a system that works for me and that works well to parcel out jobs that would make it easier for me, I'll let you know.
