Bloodred is pretty great too. I think that was honestly the first pet art I saw here that made me decide to join. In particular, the Bloodred Warador (and it was the old version, which hardly even compares to the new, but it was still remarkable by petsite art standards at the time)

oh my that Bloodred Warador is fierce! My first pet was the lasirus, 'cause bats are cute! I can't remember when I turned it bloodred, but it was pretty early on.

I keep trying to have a Lasirus...I love them, but they insist on turning into other species. Unrein was one of my first pets and he was a Bloodred Lasirus until that skeletal experiment came out and Roentgen was a Graveyard Lasirus before the Blob. Why can't my bats stay batty?! D: Someday I'll manage to keep one, I swear...I have the same problem with Harvesters.

I'm pretty partial to vibrant, honestly. For a goth who wears 99% black I'm super into neon colors.

Only two of my pets have ever changed species. My Booberry was originally a chibi Hipottu, which at that time was a bright blue. Then they revamped it into an orange thing and I just had to change it. My lilahbell - well I don't remember what she was originally, but she was my zapper pet and I still haven't settled on what I want to make her.
