Hello all!

I'm trying to equip a hairstyle but the website times out an doesn't allow me to equip anything. I've tried different browsers, clearing cookies, just about everything. Any help would be appreciated :)

I'm also having this exact same issue as well, and tried those fixes too, but had no luck.

Using a wig does work however, but the actual hair salon page does not.

I also accidentally cancelled out of being able to see hair on my avatar, and I'm unsure of how to add that option back in.

Would I be able to get some help, please? :)

Start with the hair. Adding hair to a naked HA usually works.

If you've already created the HA you want and are adding hair as a last step, save the current HA on the OUTFITS tab by clicking the "create new outfit" button. Reload the wardrobe and you should then see your saved outfit. Use the clear button to make your HA naked. Add hair. Then click on the outfits tab, Click on the saved Ha to get a list of all the stuff on it. Click the individual items to add them to your current HA. You should then have your current HA all dressed with hair.

I also tried the fix that you listed, and I sadly still got only a blank white page after I clicked on a hairstyle just to try it out.

Is there anything else that I should try?

Looks like its just broken for some users.
