Hello! So I've just come back. Haven't been here for years! But I really don't remember which of the daily quests are worth doing. Which ones do you usually do everyday?
Every day/ Shinwa Wizard Saggitarius
If I have a bit more energy/ Quentin The Blue Building
Then everyone but Sarah's if I have the energy to do everyone, they are all generally worth it.
The ones above are pretty good, though I'd add Cursed to that. I feel those are fair.
All of them...sort of. I'm questing for Morty cards and quest points for the most part so the individual prizes/quests don't matter that much.
I always start with Shinwa - for the boosters. Then wiz for the tokens. Blue Bldg for the points and because there's only 5. Library - for the rare item drops. Pete - for the item drops. His items aren't that valuable most of the time, but he tends to drop newer items. I do the others as the mood strikes me.
I leave maleria and saggi for last, and if I run out time/get bored/get distracted, I don't mind if I don't get around to them. Maleria used to give a good amount of sP, but they've gutted her recently and if was going to skip a set, I'd skip hers. Unlike most others, I'm also not a fan of saggi.

I like Carl. He can occasionally "fall asleep" while you're questing with him and he'll give out pretty rare/valuable items if that happens.
If you have less than 1.5 mill, Sarah's are worth doing. In fact, sometimes I coordinate my quests so that I can do both Sarah's and Saggy's on the same day (usually while purchasing a biggish ticket item like a Morty Card or a Gender Berry).
But really, if you get into the rhythm of doing all of them, it'll benefit you the most. Prioritize the ones mentioned above, and the weekend quest, but once you get into a rhythm it's not difficult to knock them all out in an hour or less. And that includes sorting out all your spoils and autopricing (if you have a gold account).
