No items, no hair, click to report any bugs here, clicked twice, why did I expect it to work? No, of course it doesn't. Now what?!

Edit: Now I can't access ANY wardrobe, can't see my HA in my wardrobe, can't change, can't wear a mask because I do not have/see ANY items in my wardrobe. Thanks guys...

Are you giving it time to load the items page or switching from Your items to All Items and back or refreshing after leaving it to load for a minute?

I know it can be frustrating, especially when the lag picks up, but the wardrobe itself has been pretty much functional for me. It's not my favorite setup in the world and they're aware and actively working out the kinks with it, BUT it does work

Maybe try again in a few days? The site in general tends to be wonky during the first few days of a holiday.

I think it works pretty well, much clearer to see the items and you can transfer things to your inventory which is amazing! However, how do you delete an item on your HA? I cannot seem to do that.

It looks great, with all the options and tabs. However I can’t use it on mobile as all the buttons overlap together OTL major problem since I only access subeta via phone nowadays :’)

I'm still wondering why they pushed the new wardrobe on Masquerade. The site is very unstable during events and I feel like this was a bad call.

As for the wardrobe? Not a huge fan of it but I get why it had to be changed. I feel like the layout is clunky and just really not intereting to look at. There is too much colour and boxes, which is not pleasing to the eyes. I hope some things get changed. I'll be patient. [Edit]

Try F5 a few times? Convert your avatar? Are you using the new one or the old one? The old one is no longer displaying my avatar.

Some people have said they had to click the X a few times to get it to work. I had to find the item(s) again in the wardrobe and click on the item image to get them removed though :/

Yeah I too have a lot of trouble removing items from my HA. Several things work sometimes, but nothing except 's method of finding the item works every time.

1. click the x, the item sometimes actually removes itself...
2. often when I click the x the item simply moves to the top of the list instead of removing itself. I click the x again, sometimes this works.
3. if it doesn't work, I then move another item above it, then click the x. Sometimes this works.
4. repeat all the steps, sometimes this works.
5. track the item down in the item list and click the item.

I would go straight to step 5, but often I can't make the item name show up so I can't just copy it into the search field and this makes tracking it down more difficult. Plus the added annoyance of waiting for it to load and sometimes having to fiddle with the options to get it to load.

Well...after loads of patience and re-re-re...refreshing, got it to show my items, so thanks all for answering :)

I haven't had a lot of trouble getting things to come up, but that's probably because I don't have huge ammounts of stuff. However, as a screenreader user, there are a lot of buttons that are oddly (such as partypoppwer" button for some major function in the wardrobe and a bunch of buttons simply read out as "unlabeled 0 button" when I come up to them with my cursor and it made putting on a mask sort of hard.

so my wardrobe isn't working AT ALL- so I'm naked and can't dance either until my mask saves on me.... :(

I hope this is going to be the final iteration of the wardrobe, so programmers and staff can move onto other things. I've been here over 10 years, and out of all the site features, the wardrobe has gone through the most iterations and yet none of them have stayed for long. Meanwhile, the rest of the site rots away.

Besides the initial first day lag and the missing item fiasco, the new wardrobe has been working well for me. But we NEED to be able to sort items alphabetically.

EDIT, NEW BUG: I've noticed when I try to take an item off in the newest wardrobe (for example a skirt), it just jumps to the top of my layers I'm wearing. Currently this is happening with outfits I put on, wear for a day, then want to modify.

At the time of posting this, I have on, in order from top layer to bottom, a blouse, a skirt, a fan, some eyes, some eye shadow, some eyebrows, a mask, and a wig. If I got to remove the skirt, it moves to being layered above the blouse. Then when I clicked the X on the fan, it layers itself above the blouse and skirt. Back and forth, back and forth, until something finally strips off of my avatar. Repeat until all the clothing is off.

I want to keep my eye layers and hair for the next outfit, so I don't want to just strip my avatar nekkid and re-find everything.

And this has happened for 2-3 days now. (I like daily changing my avatar during Masquerade.)

I hope that makes sense, and I hope it can get fixed.

It's been a long time since I've been on Subeta but excited to be back and have a nice time. That being said, I see they've revamped shops and the wardrobe.

Perhaps I'm a dumby but I can't seem to get it to work at all? When I try and customize my base, it doesn't work at all. I can see my avatar's eyes but that's it. Also none of my inventory items are appearing >< I suspect I'm just doing something wrong.
