I recently completed my set of guide on sets for different budgets:

Budget Guide to Tiers 1-4 OUT OF DATE Budget Guide to Tiers 5-9 OUT OF DATE High End Weapon Sets by Tier 1-9 (Out of Date) Planning for the Endgame (T10+ Guide) OUT OF DATE Thesoveigns Scroll Guide - Regardless of Tier. OUT OF DATE

One of the things that I noticed is that there are roles that are just not filled in certain tiers. Most egregiously in Tier 1 where even with an unlimited budget I couldn't come up with more than 4 slots to use. But also the fact that there are very few budget options for things to do in the middle tiers, and T9 having.

Here are a list of holes that I found that could probably be filled even without creating new categories of items like my previous thread suggested:

The big problem with T1-T4 from a new players perspective is that there are very few viable options in the tier. The problem from an old players perspective is that items that are staples in every other tier can't be brought into battle so we need to set up tons of extra sets just to use pets under T5 or limit ourselves to only using weapons that can be used in T1 or T2. The solution to these problems would be to make more budget versions of non-scaling items, and to create more scaling items for lower tiers. The solution for older players would be to create more high end scaling weapons that are more expensive, but more versitile than their tiered counterparts.

Tier 1:

  • Budget OPB 75% blocker
  • Budget OPB 1-5 of all Icon types blocker
  • Budget 50-75% freezer
  • Budget Multiuse Shields targeted towards specific challengers, possibly with a small amount of healing on them.
  • Budget Bombs 1-20 icons (most of the current bombs in the tier are outdamage by the scaling weapons with mods, these would give you an opportunity to high roll an opponent.)
  • Budget small healing bombs (something like OPB heal 5HP with 5 Icons)
  • Budget 50% Stealer
  • More budget multi use healers
  • Expensive Scaling Bomb (T1 20 Icons Scaling up to T5 50 Icons)
  • Expensive Scaling Blessing Setter like Shrine of Apollonia
  • Expensive OPB Scaling Healer (T1 25HP, T2 30HP,..., T7 1000HP,..., T13 15000HP)
  • Expensive Vanilla 100% Freezer 20mil+
  • Move Subetaball to T1
  • Expensive non Healing Constants (could move the Legends down to T1 as is, and combos to T5)
  • Very Expensive Recycle blaster and Soma Tablet clones that deal scaling bomb damage, and do not blast until T5.

Tier 2:

  • Badly needs different budget multihealers options. The only viable multihealers are janky old species weapons and super expensive collection items Tier 3:
  • Will eventually need a new non-"healer" multihealer when stinging gauntlet goes up in price, since over a long period of time it should probably reach 15-25mil. Tier 4:
  • Needs a budget non-"Healer" healer. Currently only option is a T3 Weapon or a 10mil collection item that could easily hit 25mil if there was ever a new surge of interest in the BC. Tier 5:
  • Needs a Blessing Setter
  • Needs a budget bomb
  • More Healers would be nice
  • Budget OPB Fixed HP healers would be nice. Tier 6:
  • Needs more
  • Budget OPB Fixed HP healers would be nice. Tier 7:
  • For the price, The One Ring would be fine as a T1 Weapon, or even a new function all together.
  • Budget OPB Fixed HP healers would be nice. 1000HP should be like 1-5mil not 40mil when there is a 60mil 90% healer in t5. Tier 8:
  • A Budget multi-healer might be nice, or even just tweaking Sentinel to be a little better.
  • Budget OPB Fixed HP healers would be nice. Tier 9:
  • Needs Budget Healers, literally none in the tier
  • Would be nice to have more expensive OPB weapons here since this is really the last tier before you start to get into endgame constants. People could start aquiring endgame OPB stuff in this tier, since it's unlikely they are going to be shelling out for super expensive weapons that are going to be outgrown.
  • Budget OPB Fixed HP healers would be nice.

This definately isn't exhastive, and I think there are a lot of weapons that could be moved around and rebalanced. Just thought I would make a quick starting list.

Feel free to post any other similar holes and i'll post them to the list.

Nice post. You are basically the battle handbook and analysis admin. Haha, yea the struggle is so real at the lower levels I'd just waive it and focus on training at those levels.

Wish Subeta had an EXP share function like the old school pokemon games.

T1-T4 tend to go by really quickly if you train every day. It would be good to have T1-T4 weapons that hit or block like T5 weapons, or just make more low tier scalable weapons with better stats. This way you are not buying and replacing weapons for every tier.
